I asked for counter service, made a reservation online and then had to spend an hour talking thru a door to an employee to set up an account on the app. Unacceptable.

When the instructions guided us to enter the truck to obtain the mileage, we could not do so since the screen was stuck on the low fuel message. We needed to call customer service, who then transferred us over to Roadside Assistance, who could only provide the last known odometer and couldn't help us with gas to get to a gas station safely and spent an extra $60 putting gas in the tank. It should help the next renters, since we dropped it off with half a tank, but our experience sucked.

I arrived early and ready then after I'd filled everything out via the app I had to go inside to show the person working there the screen saying, "Please give the person the keys" and they had LOST the keys. So we had fun time looking around for the keys to the van I'd rented and they were no where to be found. I had to rent a larger truck that used more gas and was told I would receive a discount but I didn't notice any. This is the second time I've rented a truck and the one I had reserved had issues and I had to be "upgraded" to a larger and more expensive unit. I think this is my last time using uHaul and I'm just going to hire movers from now on.

I would recommend this location because of its proximity to my home. However, the parking lot is very small and difficult to maneuver the rental truck. the staff was very friendly and helpful, but we had problems with the software asking me to photograph my driver license.

It wasn't the location and the attendants I've worked with are great. I did the self check in/out this time and that was an issue with the app and the mileage and the cleanliness that is hard to document and verify prior to check out which then causes a bigger issue.

I have only rented my Uhaul from Security Punlic Storage. Mark, Vincent and Isaac have always been professional and courteous every time I have been there. I will continue to use them for my Uhaul and storage needs and would recommend them to anyone that needs the same services.

I was upset my rsv was cancelled I had a meeting missed a call from hail after making my rsv online thought it was incomplete until I heard the message when I called the Rep was very rude n smart pants however getting there and the exceptional service received in the local office made up for it!!!

I had seen a uhaul site online that said you offered senior discounts. I mentioned it to your rep when picking up the truck. He could not find it and neither could I on my phone. I had no issue withnot receiving any discount without seeing the offer. What I did not like was your reps response implying that I was trying to get away with something. Also, your taxes and fees are not clear until presented with the agreement to sign which feels deceptive,

I'm a long time U-Haul user, I've used U-Haul for my last 3 moves. Service has always been good, this experience however will stop me from coming back. I rented a 20 foot truck and a dolly, for a 20 mile move with insurance and a few boxes for 89$, I forgot the dolly at the apartment I was moving from. I returned the truck thinking the dolly was in it, they called to let me know it wasn't, to which I replied I would bring it back the next day around 4, they told me that would be fine, I returned the dolly the next day and apologized for missing the dolly the day before, checking my statement the next day they charged me 89$ for the first day then a second charge of 129$. I called the U-Haul I went to and all they could tell me was I went over the mileage and they had to put 1/4 tank of gas in the truck, I asked how that came to 129$ and he told me he wasn't sure how U-Hauls computer figured out the final cost and gave me a 800 number to call. I was on hold for 25 minutes waiting to talk to a representative while a message saying they where experiencing a high volume of calls at that time kept coming on, I hang up. I need to know what these charges are and why they are so much more than the original truck rental. I will not be paying both.

U-Haul would not honor their insurance that I purchased from them after accident. Then instead of waiting for my insurance to pay, they kept stealing money from my checking account. I'm going to tell as many people as I can about my experience. Then those people can use another rental. To improve your service, honor your insurance, and don't make unauthorized withdrawals from customer accounts!

Scheduled a pick up time of 5 a.m., after following the directions for after hours pick up and opening the bad lock we came to find out they keys had not been put in the van so I had to wait 4 hours to get the moving van. The pick up time was never changed so I was charged an extra day for dropping off the van later, even though I had it for less than 24 hours. I was promised an inconvenience fee off my bill and never received it.

When the truck was returned, the guy didn't go out and check the mileage or gas use on it, he just said "Ok, you're all good", but now I see I was charged $41.50 for gas!! This is underhanded, and unacceptable. I will be calling your office first thing Monday to see about this!!

Great customer service. Had an issue when I filled the tank with gas (overflowed out of the tank onto my feet and the ground even though I only put $13 of gas in it and tank was it was registering at 1/2 full. I explained to customer service rep upon returning, which he then informed me that they would have it inspected immediately before loaning out again. V

It would make a lot more sense to start out with a full tank and return again with one as well. Your current method would only make sense if you had an indicator which told the renter how many gallons had been used.

Actually take the true mileage off the truck before releasing the truck. I was added over 75 miles and at over a dollar a mile, that adds up.

I filled the gas for $5 which is like 1.5 gallon and I travelled for around 45 miles.. I thought it will give a milage of around 28 miles. But when I saw I am charged extra for filling 2 gallon.. I feel either the mileage on the van is less or I have been charged extra.. Either ways I feel I have been charged extra on gas..

The two gentlemen (Mark & ?) that worked on Saturday, July 14th were very helpful, kind and friendly. Thank you U-Haul for a no hassle day. Everything went smoothly with the truck and the utility dolly which came in very handy. Moving isn't fun, but if I have to do it again I will use this location. Thanks for helping with my move to make it easier.
