The truck was returned with more fuel than when it went out. The customer service rep didn't check it in and now I'm scammed out of over $63 in gas? Almost doubling the cost of the rental! The number of stars the review gets is 100% dependent on what Uhaul does next.William Marion T.

I was never given a refund for being given a truck that was on empty ( little to no gas) and told $21 would be credited to my card as well as a reimbursement for the amount I had to put in the truck since they did not have enough employees there to do it instead. Good location, nice staff, vehicle in good mechanical shape, but not clean at all. Hair and large debres all over the driver seat and passenger seat. Had not been cleaned since the last person used it. Steering wheel had visible resedue. Not really a good thing during COVID-19.Michael S.

The online rental process is tedious and slow. The online server frequently quit working. The agent that helped me was not helpful in the process. He didn't provide any guidance during the registration process.Jeff H.

The app feature was barely functional, would have preferred just doing in person car rentals over having to wait 20 minutes for ID verification and confusing instructions that didnt work well with the layout of the no contact store policy. Manager that was on site to assist with my issues was incredibly hard working and wonderful and I commend her. I just wish that the app was clearer and less stressful.Maya C.

Their drop box was not easy to find AT ALL! It was grey, the same color as the walls, and was not in an obvious area.Ellen P.

No one said in advance that you would need to check in with the app or need to have people on standby to verify your identity. My phone had little % charge and none of my family members were immediately available to vouch for me. In addition, the person behind the counter refused to help. It took an hour before I was able to check in. Then, the UHaul was dirty inside. I was extremely disappointed.Michelle A.

I was told if I didn't return gas to 1/4 tank, I would be charged 4.95 a gallon. I went a total of less then 20 miles with no gas station in the area. I chose to return and have them put in the one to two gallons. I was then hit with s 30 dollar refill charge in addition to the 4.95 a gallon. All for less than 20 miles. Honestly, the tank should be full when I pick it up and I would appreciate that $30 refund as clearly no one refilled that tank in the past and possibly you charged the last renter the same fee? If you feel this request is unreasonable I understand and will be forced to yelp review your location. I so don't want that.Carolyn S.
