CORBETT MThe truck was cleaned but had a malfunction. I forgot to mention in my original submission that the truck has a weird vibration on the initial acceleration and is very very loud compared to other uhaul trucks I've driven. And believe me, I have driven more than my fair share. Just check my rental records. This morning as I got on the highway to head to a scheduled destination, I noticed the passenger side mirror needed adjusting. My passenger reached out to adjust it only to discover the mirror was internally damaged. The mirror position would not stay put. It was very loose. I immediately called in to report the mirror. The representative suggested that I call roadside. However, that was not really an option I could exercise due to a tight schedule I had to meet. This created a significant inconvenience and unsafe condition. The previous renter had to have known and didnt report the damage because its no way any customer could drive it and not notice. Please look into the matter and adjust my charges accordingly. Just for reference, I did record a short video demonstrating the malfunctioning mirror. File is too large to upload. (50MB)

William AWiFi access would be super helpful. I would have had the return process completed in 10 minutes, but I had to re-upload all of the photos multiple times because my connection was so slow. Took me about 30 minutes to complete the return, which isn't terrible, but could be so much smoother. Otherwise super easy and convenient, would rent from here again.

Minnie NBeing clear on where to pick up the truck should be improved. One instance when I was told to pick up where the original location was listed but the original location told me to go to the current location to pick up the reserved truck which led to some confusion and wasting time. I suggest not listing the pick up location until it is certain that the truck is ready to be picked up.

elane vBooked my reservation at another location but they were double booked and did not have the vehicle I was looking for. I came to this location and they took the time to find a van for me as all locations were booked. They quickly accommodated me as another customer came in to a van at the same time. Great service and will definitely go there again for my next rental needs.

Brenda DThe van was not cleaned out by the previous user, there was dirt and some tape on the floor liner, taking out the floor liner to ensure all was clean showed even more debris under it. The truck was not locked, and the key box was also "unlocked" the combination lock was set, but the lock box itself was just hanging open with the lock attached. The app continuously screwed up. The timeout when trying to confirm pickup would reset the system/app page, clicking on checkmark on pictures to confirm upload also would reset the app to the start pickup page. It was even worse on returning the vehicle. The app crashed when trying to upload the vehicle condition as being the same as as checkout. The app would loose the verification pictures, and then reset completing the return showing no continuation of the instructions to verify the dropoff. I had to call customer support, to confirm that I needed to put the key into the overnight dropbox vs putting the key back into the drop box if it was to be used by another user. If I ever use Uhaul again, I will never use the app. What was supposed to be a painless self serve option was a total failure. I'd rather deal with a live moron than this app, as I could at least convince a moron to help me... the app, not so much.
John MI really appreciated the young lady who handled the transaction; She was very nice and gave me all the important information I needed to make my cleaning out day great !!!!!!!! She is the BEST !!!!!!

shavonne sAt first they couldn't find my reservation. Make sure a representative leaves a voicemail to let the customer know the truck was not available at that location . I was lucky that another customer dropped off a 20' truck. I also requested a dolly but they didn't have one. It was not a good experience although the receptionist was nice.

Victor WOrder more appliance dollies to where you'll always have one upon request. If they run out maybe call another property for back ups. This will strengthen the Customer Experience. Aside from that, our check in experience was smoothe. Thank you!
