The battery cables were lose and the power went out, so for about 30 minutes I was stuck trying to figure out what to do. I went under the hood and jiggled the cables and the truck came back on.

Nothing wrong with the vehicle. But the service SUCKED! Had a reservation to pick up my truck at 9am. There at 9, and stood in line until 10am. Reserved for 4hrs but she tells me I have to bring it back bc they had a reservation at 1:30pm. So forget my reservation and hours I've asked for after standing, a sitting on the floor in line. This place needs TWO WORKERS at the desk, ONE worker to check the trucks. They need to offer their customers one of the empty chairs behind the desk if they've been standing in line for over 20min. For this to happen on a Saturday morning for a RESERVED truck is unacceptable. I was pissed. Messed up my entire day, brought the the truck back a little over an hour and had to drop my other plans with the truck bc they promised it to someone else. I will never come back.

The attendant was not customer friendly. She used heavy handed tactics to try to force me to buy insurance. It made me distrust her so much that I asked another person bringing a vehicle back at the same time to witness for me and took his information and took very careful pictures. I was prepared to fight if I was told there was damage because of things she said.

We had a nightmare of a trip, rented a uhaul in 90 degree weather, loaded it and got on the road, only to discover the AC was not working and either was the blower. We called 1-800-go uhaul and were offered a switch, we declined because that would put our 12 hour trip to 14 hours. We were then offered a $20 dollar credit at uhaul. When I declined that and asked to speak to a manager, was told I would hear back in 2 days!! We continued our 90 degree trip but now in pouring rain so the windows had to be rolled up. This was a trip from hell!! The next day we continued for the last 90 min of our trip and were on the phone with 3 different representatives for at least 30 minutes, to no avail... I did receive a call from an area field manager from NC. He was astonished at what had transpired and promised to listen to the phone calls and get back to me by Friday July is Tuesday July 31st. Worst customer experience ever. I would like a phone call from the person who can clean up this mess ASAP!!

The online express check-in wasn't really that much faster than going inside. That may change in the future now that all my info is on the app but I thought the young lady inside was much more efficient.
