My only complaint was about the check-in and check-out… the system kept crashing and it took 40 minutes to get the truck

No one was there they said they open at 10 and we waited no one showed up just a all out bad ordeal 1400 dollars that should been about 800 dollars

The pickup guy was great. The whole mess started with the pickup being moved WITHOUT notifying me. And moved over 50 miles outside of my mileage window. Then the drop off guy wasn't open, and I was charged for going over my miles!!!! WTF!?!

Operator of used car lot was not available to drop off equipment. Had to leave message and wait for person to call us back. He finally agreed to let us use drop off box to leave key.
