I was not given clear instructions at the time of pickup that I was not allowed to leave my personal vehicle at the pickup location. Since I was moving by myself, I parked my car there while I picked up the truck, assuming it was permitted. A couple of hours later, I received a call from someone who was extremely rude. Instead of politely explaining the situation, I was told that if I didn't pick up my car before 8:00 PM, it "would not be there." That was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. If parking is not allowed, U-Haul or the pickup location should clearly communicate that during the pickup process. Even if I made an honest mistake, there was no reason to speak to a customer that way. A simple explanation would have been enough, and I would have made sure to move my car promptly, which I did anyway. I would not recommend this pickup location, and it also reflects poorly on U-Haul. Even if these locations are independently operated, U-Haul should ensure their partners are properly trained to communicate important policies and treat customers with basic respect, especially when they are already dealing with the stress of moving. Overall, this was a very poor customer service experience. If the call came from the third-party pickup location, they have definitely lost my business.

No issues with the dealer. Good location easy in and out. No problems. Your APP is very very aggervating. Very slow to update and very difficult verifying the multiple pictures that had to be taken. Had to take 6 of just the odometer.

Shonda W1ST day of rental no one there to get truck canceled first reservation, then 2nd day going back to same location, the guy took 1 hour to get computer site working on uhaul and he trying to ad more days that I didn't want and more fees already made reservation he changed to make more money, i refused to changes. I only needed 2 days, Then today on the return date he didn't check back in the return he didn't even want to look at the mileage and truck for the return. Lack of service being done that way no paper on to prove the truck even was returned. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE WHOLE RENTAL
LEEANN WThe truck was late getting there, we had to call customer service because they didn't assign the truck to us, so we were unable to do mobile pick up. Thankfully customer service got it fixed and we were able to pick up the truck. Once we getting home we notice the U-Haul truck had the wrong dolly on it. We paid $20 extra and didn't get the correct one. And this truck also did not have the pull down for you to just push up a ramp, so we had to manually put everything in the truck and climb in and out of it
