I had issues with the app uploading and accepting the photos for the pickup but otherwise was great and the support chat was able to take care of it!

I returned the truck with a quarter tank MORE fuel than it had and was charged a $7.50 fee for two gallons of fuel regardless. I have time stamped pics. I was also charged a $20 after hours fee when I did not check in with a live human as the invoice asserts. This is fraud and will be reported as such. I was warned by the owners to follow the rules and I did.
Jeff RI was highly disappointed that I ordered furniture moving blankets and I was informed they were not available only when I arrived to pick up the truck. I made the reservation over a month in advance and feel strongly that I should have been alerted prior to pick up time of this change so I could have time to access the equipment elsewhere. I found it to be very unprofessional. On a positive note the staff were very pleasant and easy to work with.
