We walked in a little late for our pickup. One of the two guys behind the counter had a attuite. The guy that checked us out was polite and helpful . Neither came out to help us or even make sure we took the trailer, just gave us the paperwork and that was it.Steven AND Amy P.

After renting the car dolly we found out that we have a 4 wheel drive car so couldn't use it. Call 10 minutes after renting it to return it but was told to bad.tammy B.
Had no idea that drop off had changed for after hour drop off that's a big hassle esp when you have driven for hours , unloaded all your household items and just needed to drop off and get back home and didn't bring my phone with me as I had called and was told just needed to drop off truck and place key in drop boxJedediah P.

The truck that I rented was not only very dirty on the inside, it was a safety hazard due to very poor headlights and terrible windshield wipers. In the current state we are all living in with the COVID-19, I would have expected the truck to be thoroughly cleaned after each use. At the end of my trip it had just gotten dark and started to rain. I literally could not see 20' in front of me. Had to get off of the freeway and take smaller lower speed limit roads as to not be a hazard to other vehicles on the freeway and try to remain safe as well.Michelle K.

I was given false information leading to a charge over $500. I need to receive a refund for this amount. The employee gave the wrong information and I am not at fault. This is a horrible experience and reflects poorly on your companyShannon P.
Exceptional customer service. Efficient and nice staff and organized. Thanks Rick for the help for assisting with hook up and unhooking! I will definitely come again to this location if I need U-Haul again. I had used the Deerfield UHAUL on Lapeer road by M&N market previously. The service there was terrible there ! No comparison!. I will certainly always use this North Branch location at Self Serve Lumber in the future instead.Richard G.

This location is a great place you have everything you need from lumber, hardware to uhauls. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area needing to rent one. Costumer service was awesome. The gentleman was helpful, and kind. He also tried saving me money to drop the u-haul off at a different location. The dash/message center looked like pop may have been spilled on it. Other then that it was in good shape.Michelle G.

The gentleman working the counter had a very poor knowledge of your rules and was very rude and unhelpful. I had to call the main office to verify my reservation and he still argued with me as I was on the phone with one of your representatives to confirm my reservation was right. Took 1 hour to even pickup they lack knowledge was ok with than tried to charge me double because lack of training they goofed date and time on agreement I prearranged on way to return short man with glasses always rude hung up on us saying have two double charge he didn't said don't care what I had pre booked I called back he stated raising voice laughing very crazy little man I will say called U-Haul you took care of charge because I did what U-Haul lady pre set always use U-Haul every vendor nice and professional you guys are stand up company thanks for fixing I have had friends who have had issues I love U-Haul ?? self serve never againEdward H.
Since I am talking to u haul my experience with your company was horrible. I call and want M and N in North Branch to rent a car dolly. That isn't what I got. I got self serve lumber in North Branch took me 20 minute at M&N to find out it was self serve lumber. Then I had to go 14 miles out of my way. I was furious.chaarles H.

I rented the car hauler based on the online evaluation. I had to return the hauler because it did not fit the car I was towing. Wasted my time. you should update your online tool.Tradd V.
Fix the tow dollys when they are not in use. The one we had wouldn't fit the car we had to tow. The Dolly was too small, the ramps kept coming out even after we pushed them in and locked them. We had to put a strap around the ramps to keep them from sliding out while on the road.Kenneth F.
