Harley PThe UHaul registration system and the UHaul app was horrible. The pick up store had to use a phone, both internet and calling, AND finally an IPad to find the registration. We waited over an hour to get the trailer, and when trying to return it through the app, the app froze and could not find our location, even though when I went to the location screen it found me.

Michael BWe were scheduled for 24/7 pick up and we’re instructed to go to the site early to get our truck. When we got there the location never set us up for 24/7 and we had to wait for the location to open.
Thomas Bmnot used to hooking up my u haul myself. Also the chains were way too long and dragged continuously even after twisting as tightly as they would go. It rattled the whole time. Nothing wrong that I could see but it was awful
Diane DYour customer representative was rude n not helpful, when informed no I can’t back up trailer she proceeded to comment”how were u able to drive it? I informed her backing up not needed during trip!!!

Sean HI rented a tow dolly from the pigeon self serve lumber yard. The tie down ratchet straps were ceased up tight. When I got to my destination point, that is when I found out then I had to go find a auto store in their city to buy wd-40 to fix your equipment. I should get my money back because of a lack of maintenance. Any other questions I'm Tony my number is 5179309922

jack tThis is a self-serve Uhaul location - don’t expect any help. We couldn’t get the trailer to attach to the hitch without a lot of work - the spring in the part was not doing its job. No accessories to rent, only purchase. They didn’t even have a electrical adapter to rent. I would never recommend this location to anyone. Management was nice, but not helpful.
LEAH AMake an area to put big trucks. A cone or two for keeping the little trailers from being parked so badly that we almost couldn’t fit the truck. I know the parking of these were not the fault of the company but the users.

Darrel Cvery disapointed that we requested a truck from bad axe and were told nothing existed yet we drove by the storage place and they had a 26 footer there since Wednesday. so we paid additional 30 miles for nothing. this is bad business not knowing where your trucks are or will be and over charge customers for mileage and of course fuel. pigeon was not the issue they were courteous and accommodating but U-Haul has a major issue with over charging based on locations.

CHRIS SI would like my full refund I was told I would get yesterday. The truck I picked up had wiper blades on it that didn't work and we got caught in a storm. It was terrible. I was supposed to be issued a full refund but so far I see nothing.
Alan EPersonnel was rude and charged for an extra day when no drop off time was listed.

Robert HThe truck cab was muddy. We arrived to get our truck at 7:50 am and didn’t get the truck until 8:15. Only one employee at store that I saw taking care of everyone.
