GEOFFREY LNo the truck ran like crap when I picked it up and when I parked it in my driveway and when I tried to use it the next day it broke down on me.. and the radio was shortening out and smoking from the back.. so I would like a refund on my credit card... That was the worst experience that I had experience it was supposed to go very smooth and I did not have a very smooth day.. it was more stressful than anything...

THOMASALBERT HU haul is very convenient and has helped me out of a jam several times. I wish they rented some passenger vehicles. As with anything else is more pricy than i would like but uhaul service has been invaluable. The equipment is always in good order and low mileage.

Nancy Ti set up at craft fair and need the trailer, the man at croswell location was great, nothing negative about his service. my problem is the tires on the trailer, i paid $16 extra for insurance so if i had a flat being a couple tires being had very few treads. i got the insurance beacuse if i had a flat i would lose a lot of money.again nothing on the part of the dealer in croswell. on another note: A MONTH AGO WE RENTED A TRUCK AND A FLAT BED TO HAUL A BROKEN CAR FROM A DEALER IN MT PLESANT AND WHEN WE DROPPED IT OFF IN PORT HURON AT THE KRAFT LOCATION BEFORE HOURS WE WERE WARNED FROM A PERSON AT THE CAR DEALER THAT TO TAKE PICTURES THAT THE LADY AT THE KRAFT LOCATION IS A BITCH. WE WERE TOLD TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING. WE WENT BACK AFTERWARDS TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL WAS OK, WE WERE GREATED WITH THE RUDIST PERSON AND WHEN SHE ASKED WHAT WE WANTED AND TOLD HER WE DROPPED OFF THE TRUCK AND CAR HAULER. SHE THEN STARTED YELLING AT US THAT WE WERE OVER MILES (we knew) AND SHE ACCESSED $25 CLEANING FEE FOR NOT CLEANING THE INSIDE OF THE BOX AND ALL THE MUD IN THE TRUCK. THE BOX WE DID NOT USE (BECAUSED WE ONLY HAULED OUR CAR) BUT THE DOOR WAS OPENED AND THERE WAS ONLY A 4"X5" PC OF PAPER ON THE FLOOR. THENI WENT INTO THE CAB AND OPENED THE DOOR TO FIND ALL THE MUD SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT AND SHE THEN SHOVE THE DOOR ON ME WHILE YELLING AND SCREAMIN GET OFF HER PROPERTY OR SHE WOULD CALL THE POLICE. MY WIFE GOT THE PICS AND THERE WAS A LITTLE GRAVEL ON THE DRIVERS FLOOR WHICH COULD HAVE COME FROM HER AS WE WERE NOT ON GRAVEL AND COULD OF BEEN SWEPT OUT IN 10 SECONDS. THIS IS HER LITTLE SCAM TO MAKE $25. SHE WAS THE RUDIST PERSON AND IF YOU DON'T BELIEV ME LOOK AT HER GOOGLE REVIEWS. NOT A GOOD IMAGE FOR UHAUL.
