Nothing, excellent customer service
Gregory CCroswell location was great and the employees there are helpful and professional. I do want to share my experience concerning my flat tire. I rented a 6 x 12 open trailer on May 1st, 2026 at 0830 ET. Later that morning a experienced a flat tire and called Croswell to understand the procedure on getting that repaired. The Croswell location had not experienced this type of issue and referred me to call David the U-Haul Area Field manager. I called that number and left a message to call me back asap. I waited and waited for the call back...I never received a call! I was at a location that filled my tire with air and I drove down the road to a center that also rented U-Haul equipment. They were very helpful and provided me with Roadside service number. The Roadside associates were very professional and helped me to resolved my issue. The company (T&T) that came out to fix my flat tire was also very professional and understanding. TNT also replaced a second tire that started to "bubble" which may have resulted a second flat. I appreciated all the help I received except the non follow up from David the U-Haul area manager. I was unable to work that evening due to my late return. Thank you for listening!

Allen PThe service was phenomenal. I have 2 complaints, 1) the lift gate on the truck was impossible for me to open. I am 4'11", and 61 years old, I could not push in and lift to get the gate open. 2) the truck for all it's "gentle ride" signage was not a gentle ride, in any way. Thankfully, I didn't have to travel far with it. Overall, the service was excellent, and convenient.
