Rating:

The 15 foot truck got terrible gas mileage, basically the only way it had good fuel economy was when it was just in idle. The person to person experience wasn't too bad but it took longer waiting for the technical work compared to buying a car.

This is a new location and I was their first drop off. They had to call in to be walked through the drop off process. Apparently Uhaul has been making them wait too long for onsite training.
