The staff was friendly and helpful, however, my experience with the u-haul was not the most ideal. Firstly, I was unnecessarily upgraded to a 20ft truck. The extra space was not needed as I had hardly needed the 15ft. I assume this only led to me paying more for gas in the long run with a larger truck. Secondly, there was something wrong with the sealant in the windows as there would be a screeching whistling sound unless you had rolled the window down a little. Thirdly, I kept receiving and error message for tire pressure sensor the entire drive. At first it was alarming, not knowing what was wrong. I ended up having to take it to a u-haul place where it was looked at. We were told that there was nothing that could be done about it for now, but that the tire pressure was fine since she checked them all for me. This was also an inconvenience since I had to make a stop outside of my route and use up trip time to get help. The u-haul was very expensive so all these little issues negatively impacted my overall experience with the service I purchased.
