This experience is actually enough to make me never choose Uhaul again. I reserved just a trailer on line and then got a call telling me it wasn't available anymore. I feel like I got conned into paying more money for a truck that wasn't needed. Then to top it off I had to check in and check out on my phone or pay even more money. I ended up having to call because the website would not work. Really bad experience. Pick up and drop locations were acceptable.Anita W.

We got a 10 foot truck and wasnt aware it didnt not have a pulley on the back. It was very difficult to load things and took longer then anticipated because of it therefore we paid more then originally quoted. It was a disappointment.paul R.
This was a fiasco - the gentleman at mj self storage refused to help and uhaul failed to send me ANY NOTIFICATION that this was a remote pick up that I was to complete on line!! I waited over a half an hour for the guy to show up not knowing I was supposed to complete transaction on line. Uhaul was NOT HELPFUL when I tried to figure out what was going on.Michael G.
The service air bag light was on the truck, the website was down to pick up the truck, I was on the phone a total of 2hrs and 30mins to get everything taking care of the day before and day of, the only good thing was the guy at the storage place to pick up was nice. As far as uhaul everything was a mess and aggravating.Chris Y.
Prior to picking up the truck, I received an email from U-Haul stating the total cost of the rental. I arrived with this amount of cash in hand only to be told I also need a $100 deposit. Why wasn't this included in the email amount. I selected a drop off location from the U-Haul website. After I picked up the truck, I received an email stating to drop the rental off at a different location per our conversation. There was no conversation about a drop off location. I dropped the rental off at the U-Haul directed location on a Sunday. On Monday I recieve an email with a receipt for an additional $28 for insurance coverage on top of the $56 U-Haul insurance I purchased. I called the drop off location to request clarification why I was being charged for additional insurance, and the person at the U-Haul drop off location was not able to provide any information, and stated that he is not a drop off location and was not expecting the truck. I called the pick up location to request information, and they were unable to provide any information also. I'm currently waiting for a return call to address this additional charge. I'm very disappointed with this service.william C.

The van I rented was new, however the windshield wasn't cleaned on the inside. Made it extremely difficult to drive with the sun shining directly at you. We had to pull over just to clean it.AMY G.

Contracted vehicle not correctly done. Contract vehicle had incorrect vehicle in contract. Owner says it was the fault of U-Haul's computer reservation. He realized the mix up when the mileage did not match to the vehicle issued.RANDY R.
