Maria had us take the trash out not only that it was pouring rain our car was filled to capacity she gave us no empathy on our situation knowing that we drove 12 hours to clear out the storage unit even after buying a van JUST to dump furniture. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SITE OR COMPANY TO MY PEERS.

I started out what should’ve been $80 -$90 something dollars a month when I signed the contract quickly became $150 within six months. It was too much especially during these times. My rate was changed twice within a short period of time that I had the storage unit.

If I use the facility in the future I think it would be a benefit to have an option for a committed rent for a year with no changes. The final 40.00 increase was the reason I vacated. I loved working with Maria, she was very friendly and understanding when I fussed about the rising prices almost every 3 months!

I learned a valuable lesson ask that question before moving in. I'm almost positive the company rented the unit instantly.
