The service in general for U-haul was appalling. I had a confirmed reservation on Sunrise for a mobile pick up at 8 am. When I got there, I received a text that it was no longer available and I had to go to the Margate office - which was 8 miles in the wrong direction. By the time I collected the vehicle, it was 9:20 am and I did not arrive in Miami until 10:30 am - where I had to pay for the moving company who had been there on time at 9:00 am. You should be providing compensation for not honoring my original booking and costing me $135 in additional labor plus at least $10 in additional gas.

I would only go to this location. Jackie is amazing. Got the run around from the Sandalfoot location as they “couldn’t find” the reservation I made on June 6th. Got sent to another locution with no availability as there truck never got retuned. U-Haul customer service reps are just down right mean. She sent me to one this location, I called and spoke to Jackie who had everything I needed then the customer service rep called me back to tell me that location did not have what I needed which I responded “yes they do I just spoke with Jackie.” Then got called that my reservation didn’t go thru, called Jackie back and she took care of everything. She is a rock star. I would be very hesitant to use U-Haul again in the future if I had to deal with anyone else
