Maria had us take the trash out not only that it was pouring rain our car was filled to capacity she gave us no empathy on our situation knowing that we drove 12 hours to clear out the storage unit even after buying a van JUST to dump furniture. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SITE OR COMPANY TO MY PEERS.

The facility is spotless, there is always carts available and a lady can feel safe going to her unit. Also the layout is simple, not a crazy maze that you can get lost in. My rate was changed twice within a short period of time that I had the storage unit.
