The staff was never in the office, the truck had multiple warning signs on, it smelled like cigarette smoke.
BRIAN WThis is the second time that I've rented a cargo van from this location. The young lady running the office does a good job at managing things by herself. The issue I have is that the "Change Oil" light is still being displayed on the panel of the van. No one has taken this vehicle to the shop in the month since I last rented it. I wonder what would happen if the engine froze up because there wasn't any oil in it or the oil was too old? Someone from your maintenance crew really needs to get out there and maintain that van!
JACQUELINE MFirst off, we were supposed to return the truck to the Buckley location. We got a call the afternoon before and told us that that Buckley lot was full and that we would have to take it to Tehaleh the next day which was out of our way. When we got there, they were closed and so we waited and then I made a phone call to the mobile key drop off and then the guy showed up while I was on the phone with the mobile U-Haul representative. My husband asked him they would waive any additional charges cause we were an hour late. The lot was full of trucks and no customers anywhere, so there was no sense of urgency that we had to return it, but he still charged an extra day which really pissed us off. Next time we will use Penske.

JAMES MU haul asked “how many miles do you expect to drive”? I replied “about 40” yet, when I brought the van back I had only driven about 34 miles +\- . U HAUL CHARGED ME FOR THE PRICE FOR MY ESTIMATE “NOT” my actual miles driven. Aside from being over charged for the miles driven the van was brand new ( as expected ) and was in great condition, I brought the van back completely filled with fuel and cleaner than I picked it up.
GREGORY HThis truck was worn out and dangerous to customers. The doors did not fit right and the driver's window was very difficult to impossible to roll down. This would have been dangerous in a fire or accident situation. Mechanically, the truck was okay but the only positive I can say about the truck was the heater worked well. I think UHaul keeps their trucks on the road far too long and this truck was evidence of that.

ROBERT TU-haul person who was there to assist with rental is very toxic.
MARLO BThe people working at the storage where I picked up were rude. Talked to me like I was a child when I picked up then when I didn’t feel comfortable re-parking the vehicle when I dropped off they made it seem like a huge deal.
JESSICA AThe drop-off experience was the worst I ever had with UHual. I arrived to drop off the rental truck and I was not only greeted but given an attitude. There was a big guy who was probably not in a good mood today. He gave me his attitude and never paid any attention to my questions. Last night I called UHual customer service and asked where to drop off the truck and I was texted the address. I asked them what would happen if the gas tank was way more than when I picked it up, and I was told that I would be credited for the extra gas in the tank when I dropped off the truck. Today when I arrived at the location, I asked about the credit for the gas, I was rudely referred to Customer service.
HAROON HEmily is a great person to rent from. Honest, fair and kind. I’ll definitely refer friends and family to this U-Haul location.
JEFFREY AAvailability seems hit or miss. I would update this to be on the cautious side versus losing trust with customers and having to reschedule.

Gary SThis was a storage facility on partially developed land (average rating for location). The truck we rented was clean on the outside and seemed to be well maintained. However inside the cab, the floor boards were covered in dried dirt, there was some sort of liquid that was spilled on the inside driver door panel near the door hinge and the cloth seats had white stains on the headrest. That being said, it's a uhaul rental/storage facility on land still being developed. I would DEFINITELY recommend to ALL Bonney Lake residents. It's a helluva lot closer than going to Sumner. 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
Patrizia HWell, first of all, I would like to say when I first arrived to the store, the receptionist lady was very short with her responses and a little passive aggressive. Then it turned to very rude. Then I tried to relate to her, and we talked for about 20 minutes and when she went on for another 15 minutes or so past that I told her that because the promotion six months she’s going to see me again so I’d love for her to update me in the future then she got very rude because I told her that I had to go Then to make matters worse my reservation told me that it forced itself to 4 PM and when she went to check on it, she told me that she could fix it then I got on with chat and they disconnected me that happened four times while the reception is at the U-Haul storage place was on the phone as I tried to tell her a couple things she was talking with her superior and she put her finger up to me and told me to be quiet and she shushed me multiple times when I was trying to as the customer tell her what I wanted to do as it pertain to the drop off time She did not do what I asked she did what she wanted to do in the long run. I told her I wanted to have it returned by 530. She made it 230 the next day and she told me that it was 3995 instead of 1995 which was my promotion I showed her my promotion. She said it was still 3995 that’s when she started to discuss that with her boss when she was on the phone as well. After about an hour they got it fixed and I still got all my stuff done though I was late to see my kids. I didn’t get to see them before their mom picked them up. It kind of ruined my night in that way Because she didn’t listen to the customer it’s just aggravating. I still got everything done and dropped off by 5:30 but I learned my lesson though I have the storage unit for six months. I will never refer to this place and I will do my best to refrain from using U-Haul as a resource in the future. This just seems to happen too often. the maintenance man was cool though his interaction is probably the only reason why I have a storage unit still, so good on you mate. I would call and ask for a refund, but I’m sure I would get disconnected for five times and I would still never get my money back so this is my review. Good luck to all those people in the future.

Tim Cfraudulent charges. didnt agree to additional insurance but was charged anyways. Was quoted 29.95 for day rental and then charged 165.00 AND I PUT 40 DOLLARS GAS IN TOO!!!

There were multiple closer locations. I was led to believe I could do after hours drop off at this location, however there was no key box.

Richard WGreat location except that Uhaul has the incorrect info that this place is a 24/7 drop-off location. This place IS NOT a 24/7 drop-off location. I dropped the truck off but could not find a drop-off box for the keys. I called Uhaul and the representative said "it's literally on the fence just like the picture". The picture looked like a stock photo supplied by Uhaul and not an actual picture from the drop-off location. Her tone was not great when she said those words. She made me feel like I wasn't trying hard enough to look even though I explained I spend 10 minutes with a friend trying to look for the box. I was able to work out a plan in dropping the truck there and returning the key the next morning the location was open. A representative from the drop off location called be 30 minutes prior to check on the situation of the truck. I told her what had happened the evening before and she explained to me that she has told Uhaul that their location is NOT 24/7.
Kevin VVerify the vehicle is safe to drive. Worst driving experience ever. Dangerous truck .No suspension, truck hit a bump and would change lanes into traffic . Low tire sensor was on the whole time and was told to ignore. Truck should never be driven again.
