Beautiful location, fast and easy process to rent a truck..no kidding..like in and out in 5 minutes fast...super nice staff! If you have some spring cleaning to do, I would absolutely recommend this location in Bonney Lake.

Gary SThis was a storage facility on partially developed land (average rating for location). The truck we rented was clean on the outside and seemed to be well maintained. However inside the cab, the floor boards were covered in dried dirt, there was some sort of liquid that was spilled on the inside driver door panel near the door hinge and the cloth seats had white stains on the headrest. That being said, it's a uhaul rental/storage facility on land still being developed. I would DEFINITELY recommend to ALL Bonney Lake residents. It's a helluva lot closer than going to Sumner. 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
Patrizia HWell, first of all, I would like to say when I first arrived to the store, the receptionist lady was very short with her responses and a little passive aggressive. Then it turned to very rude. Then I tried to relate to her, and we talked for about 20 minutes and when she went on for another 15 minutes or so past that I told her that because the promotion six months she’s going to see me again so I’d love for her to update me in the future then she got very rude because I told her that I had to go Then to make matters worse my reservation told me that it forced itself to 4 PM and when she went to check on it, she told me that she could fix it then I got on with chat and they disconnected me that happened four times while the reception is at the U-Haul storage place was on the phone as I tried to tell her a couple things she was talking with her superior and she put her finger up to me and told me to be quiet and she shushed me multiple times when I was trying to as the customer tell her what I wanted to do as it pertain to the drop off time She did not do what I asked she did what she wanted to do in the long run. I told her I wanted to have it returned by 530. She made it 230 the next day and she told me that it was 3995 instead of 1995 which was my promotion I showed her my promotion. She said it was still 3995 that’s when she started to discuss that with her boss when she was on the phone as well. After about an hour they got it fixed and I still got all my stuff done though I was late to see my kids. I didn’t get to see them before their mom picked them up. It kind of ruined my night in that way Because she didn’t listen to the customer it’s just aggravating. I still got everything done and dropped off by 5:30 but I learned my lesson though I have the storage unit for six months. I will never refer to this place and I will do my best to refrain from using U-Haul as a resource in the future. This just seems to happen too often. the maintenance man was cool though his interaction is probably the only reason why I have a storage unit still, so good on you mate. I would call and ask for a refund, but I’m sure I would get disconnected for five times and I would still never get my money back so this is my review. Good luck to all those people in the future.

Tim Cfraudulent charges. didnt agree to additional insurance but was charged anyways. Was quoted 29.95 for day rental and then charged 165.00 AND I PUT 40 DOLLARS GAS IN TOO!!!

There were multiple closer locations. I was led to believe I could do after hours drop off at this location, however there was no key box.

Richard WGreat location except that Uhaul has the incorrect info that this place is a 24/7 drop-off location. This place IS NOT a 24/7 drop-off location. I dropped the truck off but could not find a drop-off box for the keys. I called Uhaul and the representative said "it's literally on the fence just like the picture". The picture looked like a stock photo supplied by Uhaul and not an actual picture from the drop-off location. Her tone was not great when she said those words. She made me feel like I wasn't trying hard enough to look even though I explained I spend 10 minutes with a friend trying to look for the box. I was able to work out a plan in dropping the truck there and returning the key the next morning the location was open. A representative from the drop off location called be 30 minutes prior to check on the situation of the truck. I told her what had happened the evening before and she explained to me that she has told Uhaul that their location is NOT 24/7.
Kevin VVerify the vehicle is safe to drive. Worst driving experience ever. Dangerous truck .No suspension, truck hit a bump and would change lanes into traffic . Low tire sensor was on the whole time and was told to ignore. Truck should never be driven again.

AMADOR LAt forst when we walked in there was a guy on the phone, but we were then quickly met by a friendly lady who explained drop off to us and gave a us a much needed bottle of water :) thank you! We didnt have the truck more than half full, so our gas milieage was pretty good and returned it will more than half full. Really convenient drop off. Thank you!!

Dennis PLocation was great. I wish I had received a call sooner than 2 days before that you did not have the size I reserved. I now have to make a 2nd trip of 1,100 miles, incurring the cost of the truck, fuel, one-way airfare, etc.

george mStaff was very friendly and helpful, was quick in and out. Only negative was truck had not been cleaned for some time, dirty in and out. Was not sanitized between customers as they literally checked him in and handed me the key checking me right out.
Trevor LWaited an hour and a half just to be able to drop off the key no one was their during buisness hours they had no drop box for the keys nothing horrible experience. Not the employees fault as there was an accident. Still only having one person during the day horrible idea by the owner.
