Complete opposite of pick up. The app doesnt work here as there is very little cell reception but the gentleman behind the counter was super helpful and got us quickly checked out and on our way. This is what places should aspire too!

Mario LKinda out of the way for me, but the customer service was excellent.
Robin ROnly minor thing, have blankets loaded and ready to go. There is poor cell service so mobile pick up is not really an option here. I don’t blame them for this though U-Haul called me and switched my reservation last minute.
