I ended up at Selma Automotive as the first location where I'd reserved my truck didn't have the correct truck. The gentleman at Selma Automotive was friendly, professional and explained the contract thoroughly. I would highly recommend.
Sarah PInitially owner did not want me to drop off at this location because he was overcrowded with U-Haul vehicles. U-Haul needs to work with the vendor sites better so that issues are not then passed on to customers. I understand his concern, but it should have been worked about between him and U-Haul and not become my issue.
