Actual employee to sign trailer out was not present. Did it over the phone before rushing to an appointment 15 minutes before my scheduled pickup time before I even arrived.. Forged my signature on the contract as she was not present when she signed it out to me. She had a friend there help me hook the trailer up who has no knowledge of anything to do with the trailer. The license plate was damaged with half missing, they did not know what to do and told me to take the trailer anyway risking a ticket. Would not recommend.

DANNY WMy estimate changed by over a hundred dollars and then they charged me for gas when I returned it there was more gas in it than there was when I dropped it off.

I find it very hard to believe uhaul would be happy about the keys of their trucks being left in the back. I also love how there is no option to review uhaul over all!

ROGER HMy daughter was at the location for over an hour trying to get the trailer off of her vehicle by herself. Lucky I tracked somebody down at the funeral home to help her out. Someone from Uhaul should be at every location for customer service. Then the following day I get an email that said drop off was late. We are early and at correct location. Once again SOMEONE FROM U-HAUL should take care of their customers from start to finish!! Very disappointed

IURIE CThe person wasn’t there to help me complete the inspection or check in and was trying to do it while driving her car. The phone number didn’t work so I had to look on Google maps and called the funeral home number to get a hold of her. It took a long time and was frustrating. My boyfriend ended up having to cancel a doctors appointment because of how long it took (45 minutes pickup time).
