Wayne AThere was no check-in walk-around to look for any new damage. Attendant never got up from desk. No printed receipt to acknowledge the vehicle was turned in. I did get an email receipt 30 minutes later but was not comfortable with this process.

Ashish VWay too expensive for one day use also the gas tank did not have very much gas in it and I overfilled the gas hard to judge how much gas I put in when the gas tank didn't have very much to start with so I over spent probably about 25-30 on gas

Amanda SThe associate that was working there was the rudest person I’ve ever known. He was not understanding that we were unable to find a storage building. Since he did not have one and we need the truck for a few more days. All he was worried about was that he had to keep pushing it back accommodate us. We will never get another unit or vehicle from this location. Just because you are a marine does not give you the right to treat anyone badly.

STEVEN RThe equipment was fine. The lady who dealt with us was nice enough at first. It wasn’t till her computer started to give her uses that she started panicking a little, becoming increasingly irritable and toward the very end borderline rude. Like I get we all have bad days and computers can be awful sometimes but that doesn’t mean it should affect your professionalism and make a transaction awkward with a customer.
Austin GUHaul as a larger company needs to not screw their customers over the day of their reservation. If some unforeseen circumstance arises at the last minute, then they need to compensate the consumer vs just pushing them to a further out location. Saying "sorry but not sorry" is not how to do business. When it comes down to the satellite store itself, they did fantastic, but corporate was what needs to be fixed.
Scott SMade appointment on Wednesday for rental at another location. On Friday at 5:15 got message that first location could not meet my needs and I would have to go 10 12 mile out of my way to pick up! The charges by mile (extra 24 miles for u-haul???? Then get a call at 3:30 saying I had to have truck back by 4:30. I was only allowed 3 hours? So bill me by mile then corner me with time?I asked service person about the deal and they are short trucks in area. U-haul better invest in this location (1000s of move here each year) I will definitely be using another company next time.
James LThe computer being used to process my reservation “went down” on two occasions during pick-up. Not a huge deal, but it took just over 30minutes to get me out the door.

KARINEILEEN SMy Uhal experience was below average. They changed my uhal pick up location without notifying me. After I showed up to my original location they let me know they changed the pick up location to a place that was 35 min away. My original location told me I would be refunded for miles because it was a total of 33 miles to get to and from the new pick up location. Once I drove 35 min to the new location they let me know that I would not receive a refund for the miles. I told them that no one contacted me that my original location was changed (no call or email) and that the last place told me I would get refunded. I had to pay a extra 50$ for the change. Horrible customer service.

Richard HThis location was great. They accommodated me after a royal screwup by UHaul and another location. UHaul changed my preferred location from this one to another site due to truck availability. I get that and am ok with that. However, when I went to get the truck, it was filthy, there was no additional equipment ready (pads and utility dolly), and the 24/7 check in process was cumbersome and not quick. It relies on verification of your identity and that process was not explained up front. UHaul then changed my truck for me but I still had no equipment. I contacted Semper Fi and they happened to have an upgraded truck and equipment and got me running right. Huge thank you to them.

I had no food or attractants in the unit but the ants came anyway. Now I’m stuck killing ants all over place. Not recommending the company to anyone.
