Update open time to 9:30 am for reservations. Store does not open until 9:30 am but reservation was booked for 9:00 am.DAVID F.
First, let a customer know if they have been redirected to another pickup location before arriving at the location where the reservation was placed. Then don't give a customer a vehicle with a low tire and tell them to go to the gas station to get air. When paying by the hour and by the mile, that is very poor customer service.Mary R.

U-Haul didn't have the correct opening time for pickup. Luckily it was only 30 minutes later than we hoped to pickup and someone was there a bit early. Polite staff, did not have blankets ready for us but did grab a bag from the back when we brought it up.Kathryne N.
To be clear: The location was great! It was the truck that was a problem, but didn't figure that out until driving and drop off, and there isn't a block to message these issues. The truck has problems with a loose wire or something, hitting bumps would result in flashing a warning light for the ABS, momentarily drop power to the radio, and sometimes throw a battery warning. The truck also would randomly downshift into low gear at 50+ MPH on the highway, causing the engine to rev over redline and uncontrollably slowing the truck significantly at highway speeds.Warren N.
This location was fine but U-haul management is so difficult to deal with! Scheduling was a nightmare and they messed up my reservation and were hard to get a hold of. I had multiple different U-haul people contacting me about my reservation and double crossing themselves and confusing me.Amanda T.
I would go out of my way to tell people never to go to this location. I was lied to by an employee and when another employee called headquarters for guidance on how to handle proration of equipment that I was required to return during prime moving hours she was told there was no probation. I was told there was a proration I had a vehicle up until 3:45. However I was told I had to return it at 11 o'clock due to maintenance. I did mention the other location down the road and I thought they were one in the same. I didn't realize that they were two separate places and this is the only vehicle that this company had. But the point is I was to be refunded part of my money because I was returning it early morning. I needed it from 11 to 345. I have such distain for dishonesty, and that's what I found with this company lying to me and also trying to upsell me when I was there. I will make a point to let my customers know when they move do not go to this U-Haul. Try any other U-Haul but not this particular outlet! I am a local real estate agent so I talk to people about moving all day long!VALERIE H.

Horrific lighting. No signage as to where to park. The entrance is not obvious and is completely dark at night. This location desperately needs better lighting and signage.Katy A.

My scheduled pickup time was 9am but the location didn't open until 9:30, so I had to wait to get the key. I request furniture and utility dollies but didn't receive any. The storage facility was nice enough to loan me one if theirs, but I will be contacting uhaul about getting my money back for the ones they did not provide.Matt S.

Not grading the location (employees were all helpful) but rather U-haul and the app. While billed as a time saver it simply does not work. Multiple issues with images not receiving on the back end means what should have taken 10 minutes took an hour. Furthermore, I requested a pick up from a U-haul storefront i have used in the past but the booked location was some independent storage facility on the same road about a half mile away. Even the employees at the U-haul storefront I was searching for the truck at believed i was in the correct location- meaning even more time lost. After 20+ years, many in town moves, cross state moves with hired moving help and in town truck rentals for convenience this was by far the worst experience i have ever endured. I and am torn about whether to EVER use U-haul again.Todd S.

My only issue is that my drop off location was changed and I was not notified until we had picked up the u-haul. I called the next morning and had it changed back to my original drop off. Everyone was very polite though.Rose W.

Excellent service, quick rental. I saw someone was complaining about how long it took to get in and out when they rented but this was NOT the case in our rental. We reserved online, picked up the uhaul van, and were in/out in less than ten minutes both ways. The van was in great condition and we were overall very happy.Jonathan S.
