Rental was about as smooth as can be, totally honest. Location had excellent room to park trailers without having to back them up, which is always a plus! Online inventory, however, could stand improvement. Another location near my home had AT trailers available, that did not show up online. At my pick up location, the employee opened her computer and said, "It says here that I dont have any AT trailers, but I know I have four of them out there." But either way, what I was there to pick up was available, and everything worked out very well.JAMES R.

The contract on my email said to take it to a different address. We get there and call a number and get told we dropped it at the wrong location. Go to office and have to wait for a guy to rent a storage unit before we could be helped. There were 2 ladies working and one lady just ignored me and made me wait until the other lady could help me. I showed the lovey lady who eventually helped me my email u haul contract and she said that someone there changed the drop off info without telling us. The other lady in the office was typing away like she was splitting the atom instead of taking care of a paying customer, she even made the lovely lady who helped us answer the phones while waiting on 2 customers. Our last U-Haul experience was seamless. This time not so good.KATHLEEN J.

They hustle me to fill the tank pay mileage . They did not tell me to fill up the tank . After I deliver the truck they told me to fill it up or pay 40$. I won't to fill the tank and paid 41 $ .then deliver the truck. The break was not good.KIDUS L.

The truck I ordered for pickup in Lacey was not returned and so I was sent to Shelton, 30 min away, to get one. The Shelton site appeared to beâ€¦ where someone lives? There was a woman in what appeared to be pajamas walking around the office, talking loudly and using foul language. The truck reeked of smoke and had not been washed or wiped down. The guy who helped us was nice enough, at least, but sold us an $18 lock that didn't fit on the truck.BETHANY O.

If your goal is helpful and inviting, this place definitely misses the mark. Phone rings off the hook, all the parking spots are full - filled by employees I guess because there were no other customers. Plus, there is a fifth wheel parked adjacent to the building and there were two parking spots reserved for this "resident". This place seemed full of attitude.Leslie H.

Make sure that the customer is aware that the staff takes off for lunch so if you scheduled a 12pm pick up no one will be there till 1pm. Bummer when you drive 30 miles to pick up..CLAYTON B.
