I was in the military. I’ve been all over the United States. I’ve rented U-Haul for years and years and years. This is by far the most upscale U-Haul I’ve ever been to the most courteous the most efficient ever ever ever.
HEATHER AMy only issues were with the app and online rental process. I had to answer the same questions repeatedly and even through I've rented before and from this location, I had to supply an additional contact and wait to be approved. I can understand that for the first one, but subsequent rentals should be more streamlined.

Donald CStaff was knowledgeable and helpful. Negatives were that she was overwhelmed and typically did not answer the phone. The app was not easy to use as far as picture taking was concerned.
