I was charged for the gas tank being 2 gallons short! When I dropped off the truck, I told the representative that the truck has an intermittent alarm. I reported it and had to stay overnight in a motel waiting for a technician to check the truck. The technician NEVER came, so after 15 hours I drove the remaining 250 miles listening to the alarm!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe had to pick it up in Shelton because the other U-Haul we had rented some distance away was broken. They promised us a $200 refund and not only did we NOT get that, we were charged $100 for extra miles.

Tom CWhen I returned truck told her that I don't think the last payment went through she glanced at the computer screen n said it all taken care of, well a week later they charged me a 30 dollar late charge Know need to çall the main office Check your odometer because I had around 20 mi more than I should of And when I picked up truck I drove 30 ft to my care so I could load a few things n the odometer clicked over adding a mile n double check your fuel gauge they said I was short 2 galbut looking at the pitcher I took looks like it was right on Know I rented trailers from them in the past n never had any issues
Michael PWell, I was spoiled by the Casper location. The staff at this location was nice, but no one was really that helpful. Didn’t direct where to park the truck and trailer, so we just parked. No one checked the truck (of course no damage) she only asked where to send a receipt. The person asked for the key, all from behind her desk while chatting with her co-workers and having coffee. So all in all, the building was nice and clean. Staff could be more helpful.
