Trailer worked fine for my motorcycle. Loading and unloading was easy. I had a problem getting someone in Shelton on the phone. Office lady was helpful and nice.

karl dAbsolutely hope to never have to rent from U-Haul again. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve lost all trust in U-Haul. Will not recommend to family/friends… in fact, will likely relay my poor experience with U-Haul to everyone I know. Very sad. Receptionist needs extensive training.
Rocky JI would recommend with caution. Thank God I took a picture of the odometer and gas gauge when I dropped it off. No one walked the truck with me to note any damage already there. If there had been I would have taken a pic of that too. I did go over miles so I expected that but not the fuel charge that was added. I actually put more gallons than my contract said I needed. This is the first time I have had only 1/4 tank to start. The wonderful people at this facility, Sentry Mini Storage, helped to fix this. Thank you Reba.
