Sara at shelton location has been the best uhaul, car rental combined experience ever! Im from canada and needed truck and trailer. My car broke down in states and was having the worst USA visit in history. Sara has turned this around for me. I was going to write an email to uhaul once I get back about how this experience was. Sara was welcoming even though I didnt have a reservation, she also noted uhaul system was down at the time of visit but wrote information down about what I was looking for. Was able to find one available for whats I needed. She also took time to go through how to use the equiptments what I should know about them. Also needed help with loading the car properly, she guided as much as she can within company policy to help me along the way. From frustrating situation of needing a trailer and a truck at a foreign county to an experience that will stick as a great memory. Im now back and grateful that Sara was at that location. In the past experiences, most staff wouldn't be as compassionate as she have been. It was the best experience on that USA trip and I will remember this trip in a good way now.

Jim MOn your large truck to 26 footer which I rented, they are little difficult if you have a steep driveway and the ramp on the 26 Footer Was Way too short and the way I had to set my truck up on my driveway. It was really really steep and real hard to bring freezers and refrigerators up the ramp very difficult ramp definitely needs to be longer. It’s a 26 foot box could’ve had a longer ramp in it no problem other than that you guys did good.

Robert SInstall cruise control on the trucks! Over 1800 miles of driving on open highway out West with no cruise control option was a struggle. The gas pedal is positioned in an awkward location and it made it hard to keep up a constant rate of speed. Happy overall but cruise control would have been nice.
