There was nothing wrong with the pick up or drop off locations. The problem lies with corporate. I ordered the trailer a month ahead of pick up. Checked my reservations several times and it was fine. The day before pick up I got an email stating my reservation was ready for pick up in Roane Oak, AL. My pick up location was in Ohio. I was able to get the trailer in Ohio but not at my original location. It took several calls, transfers and time to get it straightened out. The drop off location was also changed which took me out of my way to return. Not pleased with the hassle and trouble with this reservation.
Tracy CI have used UHAUL for years. This truck had 32000 miles on it.The AC was freeze you cold , windshield wipers were great, brakes factory tight. Raidio was better than my truck. Excellent rental. Returing the truck was a snap. Newton Texas branch were GREAT as were the folks in Bonifay Fl where I picked up the truck. Keep up the good work folks

Ryant JVery friendly and helpful. Very easy to find and to drop of hardware. They have plenty of space, their location was easy to navigate, and they helped me get in touch with scheduling to change my truck drop-off to them, which was much closer than where I was scheduled for drop-off. The were clearly familiar with the hardware and quickly processed my return.
KURTIS MArea is a little tight driving in but not a big issue. It’s an auto repair shop and a U-Haul drop off place so I wouldn’t normally classify as inviting but the employee on site was very friendly and helpful.
Thomas MWas met in the parking lot by the owner and she showed me just what to do. Very helpful..
