I was attacked by a dog that was in the office in melrose my. With out notification I had Togo to melrose mn to get the truck. 45 min from my house The person at at cloud did not care he was only interested in His lunch not about me the customer. He did not care!!! The fuel was 1/8 off

Could have someone there to help hitch up the trailer. People are not that strong . Especially us older people. But I did receive the help both times to load and unload. Very friendly.

just be careful of your bill, we only drove a little over a 1,000 miles give or take and we were charged an extra 900 miles. Which was impossible....

Make sure your drop off locations are taking returns and then give correct directions to find a drop off. Have a drop off that isn't in the opposite direction you are going and don't charge for the gas to find the place!

The check in person changed my mom's drop off spot to 3 hours away to what she scheduled. Then called her and told her there was NO changing it back, he needed a trailer in Ottertail and she was to drop it off there. Then he hung up on her. My sister heard it all. He threatened to charge her mileage on the trailer as well. The worst experience ever and I will NEVER do business with you again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE

I was not overly impressed. I had scheduled onsite pick up with a person. When I when to pick it up there was no one there. I had to call then address and she changed my pick up to mobile pick-up. I did not get the email for mobile until about 20 minutes after my scheduled pick up time. When I did go to pick up my uhual at 1pm. The link had expired. So I then had to try to find a number to call for uhual. I did not what to do the virtual chat as I was on my phone and it is difficult to chat like that on a phone. But that was the only option. I did not like mobile pick up and would not choose that option again. Also, I scheduled the truck for 2 days. Wednesday to Friday. Thursday morning, I received a phone call from the location asking when I would be returning the truck, as they had it for someone else to pick up at noon. I stated that I had to truck reserved until 11:30 on Friday.

I was told someone would help me lift the trailer on the hitch but no one was there. I am 65 years old who has had hernia repair and rotator cuff surgery and it was all I could do to lift the trailer on to the hitch. I have never had a good experience with Shaggys Towing. The man I spoke with to confirm my reservation was very unhelpful and basically rude. I frankly don't know how they keep a relationship with U-Haul. If I have to rent from U-Haul again there is NO WAY I will deal with that operation!

Very rude. Indicated they do not like Saturday rentals. Said only get paid $5 and not worth it. I reserved for 11am pick up, posted time of hours were 8-noon. Arrived about 11:20. Was told I am affecting her day and cutting in to her time. Posted hours are 8-noon, not sure what the issue is.

They close at noon on Saturday. I got thee about 4:40PM. I called the # on the door when I left the trailer, the lady who took the call was appreciative & courteous.

Sadly the gal had no idea how to process my order. It's not her fault...obviously she has not been well trained. I feel bad for her. I'm not at all impressed with U Haul as a company. I'm looking into whether the company is public. If it is, I am certainly going to short the stock! Horribly managed company...hard to imagine it can stay in business the way it is managed!

I will never rent with UHAUL again, after driving over 6 hours we were informed we had to drive an additional 45 minutes to pick up the truck (with our vehicle and another driver...time) to drive it to our requested location.

There was garbage inside the truck. Never met with the personnel at the site. Issue is not with individual locations but with the reservation process and learning while on the road traveling to get the truck that the location had changed. Chasing across the state, a few times, for a truck is extremely frustrating and the process of having a truck available, once reserved, should be more "user friendly" and efficient. The staff I worked with were good as was the truck once we had keys. The issue is with the process and availability of trucks at the location requested.

Wasn't happy that they lost there only truck. I offered to bring back the truck to them if they need to but I need them to give more miles and pay for gas. Plus change the charges I was paying more for the convenience for 1 way rental. They didn't want to so I said that I will stick with the 1 way rental

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever gone through. From the lack of communication regarding pick-up which resulted in our movers waiting for more than an hour because I was sitting in a parking lot trying to figure out how to access the truck... to the hour in the parking lot again trying to return the darn thing. Then to be billed almost a hundred dollars more than quoted..... NO I would not recommend your services to my worst friend.

When I called to speak to the person who rented the truck in regards to my final bill she told me that she did not make enough money on the rental (only ten dollars) to discuss anything with me and that I should call Uhaul. I will never use this service again.

I consider Monday - Friday as the work week, and Saturday and Sunday as the weekend. Don't think I should have been charged weekend rate for a 5 hour use on a Friday.

I attempted to self check in but the uhaul app wouldn't register my location so I had to call in to complete the check in over the phone. Was early on a Sunday morning so the location was closed.

There were store hours posted on the door but no one was around to check us in or to take the keys. We called the number that was also on the door. No one was willing to come out to check us in. So, if there was a problem, we were not told. The van was left with a full tank of gas and the rented items.

I asked for a 15' truck and they didn't have it when I got there. Needless to say everything didn't fit in a 10'. The cost seems to be really increased for using a 10' truck for about 4 hours on a one way deal. Probably would go a different route if I had to ever move again. My extra cost because everything didn't fit was disgusting and the extra trip and time was a factor also. U-Haul needs to follow through on what they promise. Colleen Swanson

Be more available. I called at 9:00 am and she was still in bed. I needed to change the payment to a different credit card number. I was unable to work with her much at all the car show over the weekend seemed to more important than the needs that I had.

You could improve in too many ways to count. We had to drive over an hour to pick up a truck that was supposed to be 2 minutes from home. We got there and had to wait an hour for someone to get there, then the long drive home. All in all, we wasted almost 4 hours and $20 in gas. Then, we asked for an updated return date for 3 days instead of 2, but bright and early on day 3, our drop off spot was calling telling us to get that truck back as someone was waiting. We got charged for the early day pick up which wasn't our fault. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with an inept truck rental company. I have posted negative reviews every where I can think of and when we need a truck to move into our new home in july, you can bet it WILL NOT be a uhaul. We have had problems like this in the past with you, it just seems to get worse every time so we are done with uhaul

Make sure you check the bracket that holds the license plate. I was pulled over by a State Trooper b/c it was "too big" and blocked the state from which the truck came from. Only got a warning, but still, be cautious.
