It was just a drop off. No interaction. Place looked pretty run down.

Tony BContrary to what one other remarked about the drop off location I found it to be just fine. Apparently she didn’t realize that oftentimes the local drop off locations conduct other business and are not dedicated Uhaul sites. The location in Paynesville is a small engine repair and autobody repair business. Needless to say it is not going to be as clean as a surgical suite. The owner was very friendly and I didn’t have to drive an additional 30 miles to do the drop off. So the criticism by that lady was unwarranted.
PAUL Trude and incredibly unprofessional. couldn't figure out the app he had to use and started swearing and screaming. made things super uncomfortable and awkward
