Storage is great was ready for me Nice young lady who successfully got me going on the phone Billy nice man came to say hi "if i need anything to go to feont office" i actually did need him to help me open the next day. All is great Thank you all

They are not available from 7-7 like they promise. The call center is useless when you actually need to reach someone to open the facility. Do not rent here!

I always felt that security was excellent. Access was available when I needed it. No problems were encountered in the many years I rented the storage unit. I appreciated the ease of checking out. I would recommend this business to anyone in need of a storage unit in the Shalimar area.

The storage facility was supposed to contact me and never did. I'm stuck with a whole 26 ft U-Haul truck with no place to go and have to look for another place!
