My wife ordered 24 blankets and was only given 12. She ordered a utility dolly and was given a furniture dolly. I don’t realize until after I picked it up and was already packed and left the house. Receiving location didn’t adjust price. Horrible

Kateri MI had a call with the service center on Saturday. Since the pickup location unexpectedly changed just a day ago and I had to go further, the assistant said she would give me the $20 discount and would not charge the additional Miles. But according to the receipt, the extra miles are charged. Moreover, when I went to the pickup point, there was no truck that I had booked and they just rented me a van (smaller one). I was really upset and wanted to get some rewards for it.
