Truck was in a field with almost knee high grass we had to walk through. Big holes and muddy since it was raining. We did not get a dolly that we were charged for. The run down gas station was sooo dirty and trash around outside. The lady at the counter seems confused. The man working when we dropped it off was nice. Not a good location for U-Haul.

Jacob LI reserved a cargo trailer online for pickup at 5:45 pm. The clerk at the pickup location couldn’t find my reservation. It took 35 minutes, two phone calls to U-Haul (one went unanswered), and us waiting while the clerk had to check out 5 customers (one of whom requested 6 bags of ice, which had to be hand filled from the back of the store) at different intervals throughout the process. Glad to have finally gotten underway, but wow! Never renting a U-Haul from this location again.
