The app only pick up takes way too long. I would not do that again.
We did the self drop off and it went very smoothly. The location was a bit difficult to find and I accidentally drove passed it even though I was using Google maps. So greater visibility from the street would be helpful.
When U-Haul switched my pick up to this location and called to tell me, they did not inform me that it was a mobile pick up only location. It took me an extra hour and a half to navigate all the mobile details and get approved.
Very kind and great service. Everything went quite well.
The customer service agent was very rude. The truck was covered in snow and the doors were frozen shut. We were given a hammer to get the door open. The truck was not swept on the interior. This was our worst experience ever.
Extremely disappointed with my experience. Two days before my move Uhaul called to tell me that there were no trucks available in my original pickup location. They suggested this location even though it was 35 miles away from the original location. The representative said she would give me the 20' truck for the price of the 15' truck for the issue. I went to pick up the truck and the lady there told me that the price was never changed and “didn't know what to do about it.†She was extremely rude and lacked any customer service skills. I had to drive way out of my way for this location and she offered no help in the situation. The truck itself shook anytime you went under 40 mph. It was very scary.
Old lady running this location was not aware of how to use system. Took way longer than needed to
Have the truck clean!!! Know where the keys are!!! AND HAVE ENOUGH GAS!! We only had a quarter of a tank!!
Dropped the truck off after hours so no one was there. Easy to locate and drop box was available for the keys.
They told me that there was no charge for milage then charged me an extra $60
Julie has always been accommodating and very helpful. She even opens early to make sure we can get the trucks when we need them

The staff at Bay road location and at the Shattuck location were not friendly, customer service was horrible. It showed that they were not sure what they were suppose to do. I had to return my truck to the bay road location because the one on Shattuck was closed so they emailed me a receipt. I'm not sure if I was charged appropriately because no one could go over the receipt.with me,
I would absolutely NOT recommend going to this business for anything. The girl there named Julie is horrendous when it comes to customer service. I won't get into all the details and the amazing rudeness of Julie but just believe me when I say it was one of the worse experiences ever and I'm 47. It's amazing that someone can be that unhappy. District manager got involved and wiped out my bill without asking because of her.
The location and vehicle were great! It was the individual that helped me who wasn't. She was rude, and snippy.
If you could make sure that the vehicle is clean. There was a really thick and sticky substance laying witjin the lining in the back pf the van amd it stained the side of my matress really bad. That was the only thing i didnt lile aboit my experience.
The lady was so defiant and rude because she didn't want me to bring the trailer there and wanted me to take it someplace else. This was after I tried to bring it closer to my home and they said I must take it to this location. She said she wasn't coming out to unhook it. I was trying to be nice but it was hard.
