Cab and year were not clean and rear tire needed roadside assistance for multiple dry rot cracks. Drivers it the 500 miles before realized i could have had a blow out
APRIL EThe truck seemed fine when I picked it up. It was -2 degrees so the truck was cold. It had almost no gas in it so there wasn't much time for warming up. Once it warmed up, it smelled like Marijuana. It was so gross. Luckily I didn't have far to go so I got it done and dropped the truck off. I dont like that there's no one present to process the truck or verify problems. I don't like the online pick-up and drop-off. Id prefer to have someone there.
ROBERT MKey Box lock was frozen and very difficult to unlock.
Peter JLocation forgot to put dolly and furniture pads in the truck. The location was closed so had to utilize truck without the equipment that was paid for.
