Salih AJ'ai réservé un camion pour 12h, la gérante m'appelle à 12h pour me dire l équipement n'est pas disponible. Et la première disponibilité etait a 14h30 loin de l'adresse ou j ai réservé. Alors que moi je devrais déménager et j'avais bouquer les déménageur de 12h à 14h. Très mauvaise experience

Veaceslav Pmaybe explain after how their original receipt changed after they drove. Because i did get a whiplash when in saw 143$ were taken from my card when we agreed on 67$ when i first spoke with them. and we didn't go above the agreed KM range either. Maybe a brief recap of that would be nice

Francis BAlways a mixed experience with uHaul, mainly because of the lack of universal access, i.e. we are forced to have access to their mobile app to close the truck rental. Not everyone has a mobile plan, and why can't the employee do the return for you? I was lucky this time because the employee agreed to do it for me. But what happens if the truck is returned after business hours ? Otherwise, truck in good condition, economical service.
Emmanuel BParking was a little difficult in this location. Taking the photos was not that easy, especially of the roof. App was buggy and it took a while before I could get the keys and finally leave after completing the required information.

Gilbert RI was overcharged for services. I drove fewer miles than originally quoted, yet they added $20 to my bill for 10 liters of gas, which wasn’t necessary—I returned the truck with the same fuel level it had when I picked it up. The takeaway: they'll find any excuse to charge you more. Do not recommend.

Serge SI wanted to book for only one day and 7 hours use but the guy told me I should keep 24 hours and it will be the same price and at the end I paid 95$ more for a car I used only 7hours and not 24hours

KHALIL TTrucks should always come with a full tank. It is easier to bring back full than put not enough or too much.

yuxiang dThis location is the first location we book whenever we have rent a U-haul. There is phenomenal customer service. On occasion we have even scheduled our activities to make sure we can use Shauns Auto Service at the location, and when we can't make it work it is always a disappointment!
