The owner was really helpful! I went to the pick up location a few days in advance to ask questions since it was my first time renting and the location was supposed to be closed in the day of my pick up. The owner explained everything to me very clearly and patiently. On the day of pick up, the owner was present even though the location was supposed to be closed, which made the process much easier.
Alice DShaun provided excellent service. I had an early rental, he called me in advance the day before to make sure I didnt have any trouble picking up the truck. Truck was exactly as I needed; clean, sturdy, no damages or problems. Everything went smoothly. He closed my contract within 5 minutes of returning the truck. 10/10 will absolutely rent with him again and I would recommend to my friends.
