great service but the truck fuel gauge is not very precise, I ended putting a lot more gas than I think I really used (9 liters for 30 km) which for short in town trips is a big percentage of the service cost, around 20% of my total cost which is a bit frustrating, not because it's expensive, but because it feels unfair

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe app tends to crash when most needed (uploading photos for checking in-out). This situation delays the process at the counter.

Laurence SVery good customer service at Shaun's Auto Service. He took the time to explain everything and helped out with returning the truck when I couldn't complete it on the app.
