Service was great. I have never driven a U-Haul before, so have nothing to compare it to. But it sounded like the transmission was really struggling with hills and speed changes. It was the roughest, bumpiest drive of my life, and the steering wheel had too much slack so you are fighting to keep it straight.

He was very responsible and called us the day before to finalize everything. It was our first experience with trucks but it went great. Even though he is a bit far from us, we decided to choose his place over the closer places based of the reviews. It took a bit of time to get there but did completely worth it.
