First uhaul experience, and because of your neglegiance, and poor management, my vehicle delivery was delayed and I ended up paying the movers extra 100$ from my pocket and uhaul didn't even bother to do anything about it. Hope you don't treat every customer this way.

They really need to give the vans a quick clean after they're returned. Especially during covid i would expect not to find empty coffee cups, tissues (eeww) and this time a hairbrush in the cab. Just get rid of the garbage and take 2 minutes to wipr down the cab before sending it out to a customer. Thanks

Not the preferred pick up location we had choose. After being redirected several times thru uhauls customer service I was told this was only a preference and doesn't actually mean anything. Because of this it created a major inconvenience and added miles to our trip that wouldn't have been there initially. Going forward it would be nice if it was made clear to the customer.

The lock box was incredibly difficult to open and as a single woman going to open it at night the location did not feel super safe as there were lots of corners, shadows and potential hiding places for someone to be lurking. Because the box was so hard to open I had to stand there for a long time at night and it was really unsettling. I think more can be done to make these spaces safer and more comfortable for women to use.

The staff (two young men) were well organized and prepared for my truck pickup. I was in and out quickly to start my move with a clean truck in excellent working condtion. UHaul truck rental, in particular from this location is the best way to go!

UHaul customer service sucks donkeys. They are extremely unhelpful. Worst customer service experience every. Double booked my truck, app doesn't work, verification process didn't work, truck was blocked in, everything is the worst. Can't wait for a competitor/new modern company to come in and wipe you out.

Make sure employees wear masks indoors at all times. Make sure a guest isn't waiting for 10-15 minutes before they're even greeted. Also, if you're going to advertise one way furniture dolly rentals, have them actually available.

The agent at this location confirmed the payment had been accepted. 3 months later we received a notification that the payment was due (after checking with the bank we found out that no payment had been drawn at the time of the reservation). My only complaint is that we did not receive the notification sooner, within one week from the reservation.

The guys driving this place are great. Even though U-Haul service is bad. The trucks were overbooked 5 customers came to pick trucks are of course there was none. U-Haul customer service is awful, waited for 55min to get an answer and they told me they couldn't help me at all and my only hope was to stay at the shawarma place and waited to see if they can get a truck for me.

You guys said our uhaul was stolen, on the day that we went to pick up the uhaul, and I'd expect that you guys would help out in that situation and help us find another uhaul, no help what so ever, called customer service and they said there was a uhaul available at your location for pick up 1 hour later.

I was directed to drop-off the truck at 1 location. Logged into my U-Haul internet account and a different drop-off location was noted. Checked my phone texts and a third 3 location is noted in the messages. Confused, called U-Haul help line and waited for 30 min to get an answer with no solution to my situation. I am extremely upset with the service. I will try a different company from now on. Scheduling for trucks has become so complicated with all the different changes the U-Haul operator makes before, while and after the rental. I will NOT recommend U-Haul and will strongly recommend acquaintances, friends and family to use a different company.

The uhaul app was not uploading images and after a long day, it was very frustrating to try again and again to upload pictures. On the helpline someone told me they will transfer to someone who can help and i was in the next queue for 30 mins. Eventually i could do it on the website through thd browser... Check and fix your app.

The online dropoff process when the vehicle is returned is too onerous. It's necessary to take and upload photos and it takes too long. Uhaul is making the customer do the legwork so that the employees don't have to, in order to save money. Which, considering that a 19.95 rental ends up costing almost $100, is not appropriate.

This comment really doesn't pertain to the location but the reservation dept itself. I booked this 3 weeks before and wanted to pick up on Arrow Rd and drop off in Alliston. I asked several times before proceeding to these locations were good. I was told they would be fine and someone would call me a few days before the res date. 3 days before I got a call saying I couldn't pick up at my preferred location or drop off at my preferred location. I would now have to drive 1.5 hrs to pick up and drop off. Also the 26 foot I reserved was also not available. Leaving me no time to look for other arrangements I had to keep this reservation. When I went to pick up the truck the guy at the counter said that if I had called 1 hr before he had a 1 way truck for me to take. Why wasn't this info given to me before hand. Needless to say I was very disappointed with Uhaul this time and would really think twice the next time I need a rental van

I was told there was a quarter of a tank in the vehicle, when the vehicle was actually empty, leaving me with having to go get gas immediately. I would expect a vehicle to be adequately gassed up and for the customer service employee to be more accurate about the amount of gas in the tank.

I was annoyed to find that I was charged an 'after hours' fee which I wasn't told about during the booking procedure. I could have returned the truck during normal hours but I had no idea that fee existed and that I would be charged extra for it. This fact should be prominently displayed to customers when they are booking so they are not surprised by it, and in my case when I could have avoided it entirely. It added 20% on to my bill, which is a large penalty, and to think I could have brought it the next morning and saved money annoys me. Make any extra charges clear to customers who can decide on their rental timing accordingly.

I agreed to deliver the vehicle at 18:00. I was there at 6pm and it was closed. I called their phone and they hung up early at 5pm. And they asked me to bring the car tomorrow. The key is in the key box. I left the car in the garage. full of gasoline. I hope there is no problem.

They were very accommodating! Great guys who just gave the right kind of service. We were desperate for a truck last minute and they provided us with a truck (asked for 10' and received 15'). They were officially booked - With timing being end of the month and super busy, they were completely understanding and gave us a window of time even though it was tight. Would definitely recommend this location.
