First of all, I ordered a trolly and then I get there and they tell me no you cannot have a trolley unless you are dropping the truck off at the same location. Why wouldn't that be in the information? Why would I have included that if I knew? And then to top it off, they charge me for the trolley ANNNNDDD a missing fee on top of it. Not to mention he literally told me it's ok then I'll use the fee for the gas, and then they charge me for the gas. This was probably the worst experience of my life. It was already stressful enough moving, I didn't need this drama.

Mark M.I was upset with the mobile process. It was made to be very difficult to pick up the van. I've used uhaul in another location and had zero problems. This time is was very long and dragged out. I am also unhappy with the $30 gas service charge on top of the additional $21 for gas. We received the truck with a quarter tank of gas and dropped it back at 8pm without having filled it as it was late. They charged us an additional $30 even though the tank wasn't full when we received it. I didn't get this charge with the other uhaul depot on queen east.
