I arrived to find out the two furniture Dolllies and the normal dollie was not on the truck. Truck also had dirt and was not clean. Made me go to another location where they did not have the requested equipment either. All this on a moving day!! This location was close to where I live so that’s why I choose it. He did provide some free mileage for the inconvenience but that’s it.

Last Saturday they were supposed to open at 9 am but they came late so I did not pick up my truck on time, then they charged a random amount to my credit card when the normal procedure was to ask me what the miles estimate was. I rented my truck until Sunday at 9 am but when I returned the truck there was nobody in the office so I had to drop the key off into the box. Two days after I got a call from U-haul asking for the keys to the truck. Yesterday I got another charge on my credit card and I didn't get my bill yet. So I don't have details about my rental truck, even I don't have any idea what they are charging on my credit card

I felt that the vehicle wasnt managed well and i was charged an extra dollar in my rental afterwards without realizing.

I have been struggling for hours trying to figure out how to show the pictures because I returned the keys before realize that I needed to fill out a form to return the vehicle Please keep in mind not everyone knows the internal process and all the pictures we have to take of the truck before return it. This is your job and if the representative is not going to be there, they should explain how to return it by the customer themselves
Nicolas Sierra10 blankets that i booked with the truck were not available. Was given 2 blankets free of charge, The truck had a check engine light on. Did not affect the driving.

Andrew KwonI gave a time that I will return the truck I rented, but things weren't smooth with the moving so I got delayed around 3 hours. And employees from the Uhaul HQ kept calling me and demanding that I return the truck because some other customer booked the same truck and I am delaying him and one employee was so rude with me and wasnt listening to what I was saying and eventually hang up on me while yelling, I kept asking for his name to report him but he didnt give it, if you can check the recorded phone call you would know that I was in the wrong, he also threatened to block me from Uhaul because of this.
Omran FaourIn my first time renting a van was very frustrating and disappointing. On November 26th, I booked an appointment to pickup a van on November 28th in MA Starbank - 1736 Eglinton Ave W, Toronto, ON M6E2H6 at 4:30pm. However, when I arrived at that place there was no van. The Arman, who is responsible to control the U-Haul on that location said there was a problem in the system, and nobody did the reservation for me. He recommended me to go to next U-Haul location in 231 Livingston Ave, Toronto ON M6E2M3, where I could pickup a van just because it was available at that moment. For me, it was unacceptable because if I booked in one location it should have what I booked. In addition, I organized all my day and conciliated with my work, so there was any possibility to not find a van today and It was very cold today. So please review all reservations before because it was very sad. The problem was not in Shawarma Palace, but the messy you U-Haul did with my reservation.

ANDREW StavrosReserved a 10 ft truck. Drove my vehicle to the yard to pick up my truck for a few hours and then I was going to return the truck and take my car. As big as the parking lot is you can't leave your car there so I have to go back home take an Uber. I ordered 10 blankets or covers and this was about 4:00 p.m. yesterday I'll get there this morning and he tells me that he gave the last ones away to somebody else so I had nothing to cover or protect what I was moving. Oh wait wait it gets better, hands me the key to the truck and and says your first stop should probably be the gas station because the gas light is on empty. I was like are you freaking kidding me. Don't rental places give you a vehicle with the gas tank full and then you return it with a gas tank full. So instead I had a faulty needle but it wasn't empty and I put in 20 bucks like three times probably ended up bringing it back with more gas than what I took cuz I barely made it to the freaking gas station. My return time was 6:00 p.m. he goes oh no try to be on time with your return okay. That's what he said I return a few minutes before 6:00 20 minutes or so and the trailer that they use it's not even a building it's a trailer with a desk in it is all locked up everything's all locked up I have a key and I don't know where to put it cuz nobody told me where to put it. Special 20 minutes trying to find the freaking box to put this key in and of course it's mounted kind of you know right under the trailer perfect for the squirrels and raccoons to return their keys when they come back. However the gentleman was pleasant the information he gave me was shit because he wants to hear your trucks on empty and a lot of rattling what I go back there Oh I think I would say a definite no. And oddly enough this one incident plus few other things that I've heard over the years that I didn't really believe I think U-Haul's going to the shits. It's like they're running their sales offices out of tents at any corner that has available spot they're using convenience store parking lots they're using other parking lots This one here was buried in the back of some building in between two apartments terrible. And once again the Dayton was good he was pleasant he was all right She was trying to use accommodating as you could with what he had to work with. Maybe he could have you know gone to the gas station filled up the tank that would have made me happy

I was forced, at the check-in desk, to call uhaul customer service to confirm reservation and then put on-site agent on a speaker phone call with the on-phone agent to confirm the reservation. hood did not latch properly. on-site agent did not care when brought to his attention. terrible on-site service. on phone service was very good.

Bernard WaltersI was not told that I had to return the van back to this location until the 1 or 2 days before the rental date even though I selected 1 way trip and was even given the option to select a drop off location in the new city I was moving to. They ended up giving me a credit which more or less equaled the extra gas that it cost me to return the van back to the original location. I lost 4 hours having to drive back and fourth unexpectedly. Also the brakes were in very back condition and would make noises that sounded like brake fluid was being pressed out whenever you stepped on the brakes. I honestly felt unsafe but stupidly proceeded since I thought I had no other option given there was no other Van that size and it was already moving day. Luckily the brakes did not fail.

Mahdi Sahnounwe were asked to return the vehicle every 28 days when the corporate contract was for 90 days. Very disruptive to business. Billing was also inconsistent.
