Dan SI wasn't aware of the gas fee because I assumed the price per kilometer included gas. I was a little disappointed when I saw an additional $65+ on the checkout page. It's also not clear what type of gas I should use.

TRAVIS CThe salesperson told me to check the truck in using the app or website when I drop it off after hours to avoid extra charges. I've never had to do that before, perhaps a procedure you added later on. I opened the reservation link in my initial email and found a Drop Off tab, and asked him if that's what I would use. He impatiently kept saying, "I don't know, I don't know." I showed him my phone and said, 'This seems to be what I could use when I bring it back, it's on your website as you mentioned, but I want to make sure I'm doing the right thing.' Again, "I don't know, I don't know, call the 1-800 number." That's terrible service. I told him you work here, you should know your products and processes. Don't tell me to use the app or website and have no clue how they work if a customer has a simple question. Then he started getting mad at me for even asking, saying it's not his responsibility and that I should know this already since I've rented before. He does not care about the customer and was not friendly, which I did not appreciate.

FRANCISCO PBaha was very nice and helpful. That said the van I rented was nothing short of disgusting inside. Filthy everywhere. Smelled terrible. It was the only van available but totally unacceptable to think the vehicle was suitable to be given to a customer in that condition.
HOWARD LObtain the updated receipt. Never received it. The original receipt stated 30KM approx. drive and I told rep/owner that I will only drive 10KM but he kept it at 30KM.

Mohammad MWhat a horrible expeerience. The night before I get an email saying my reservation was moved to online - I had not requested that. When I arrived at 8:30 am the site there was a group setting up for the vote for the election. The vehicle for me was blocked in by another Uhaul truck, the code for the lock did not work and there was nobody around. There was also no place to park my vehicle. I called the Uhaul service number and they were amazing. We waited until after 9 am when the people there were supposed to show up. No body showed up. The Uhaul service line suggested another unit on that site but it was blocked in and it did not have the equipment I rented. Luckily another customer was returning a 15' truck with the equipment I needed. He also could not reach anyone and was not comfortable leaving the truck on the street in case of a ticket. The service desk helped check him in on line for the return and then she moved the reservation to me. By this time it was after 9:30 am. What a waste of time. I did not have an extension on the elevator at my unit so I was terribly rushed trying to move in time and then I had to drive back to pick up my car so I did not get a ticket. When I returned the truck I called the location 3 times so I knew where to park the truck - no answer and no answering machine. I was stranded. Very poor.

I want to give a special shoutout to Baha — he was professional, polite, and incredibly helpful. He made sure everything went perfectly and took the time to explain all the details. Alireza GThe key drop off was broken, so you could not leave the keys. I would have left them with employees but the location was closed before 5. I had to go to another location to leave the keys because I did not want to leave them where they could be taken.
JOSHUA CThe pickup location requested was not fulfilled. It was very far form us which made our entire moving day a struggle. We picked up the car, and as I drove away, I was stopped at an intersection and the guy ran out saying I was dragging something under the car. There was a huge car mat under the car that I had no idea about, and the guy had obviously not done a proper check of the car. My partner took a photo of this happening to ensure we would not be liable if there had been damage. The guy saw him and forced him to delete the photo, and then delete the deleted photo. It was very aggressive and weird. We did not like our experience, and we will not be using this service again.
Olivia BI requested a furniture dolly, utility dolly and 3 dozen blankets. Upon arriving at the location, the employee told me they had only the truck available and no equipment rental available. I had to go to a different u-haul location and wait in line just to get what I asked for in the first place. Extremely inconvenient.

GERARDO EIt was a terribly poor location, with horrible office place. One person was outside and claimed to be the UHAUL representative and insisted on taking the key without taking us to office which made the experience extremely uncomfortable and untrustworthy!

YORSINIO RThe office has all ways been dirty with a nasty old stained couch but this time there were piles of orange peels and garbage on the floor. The attendant showed up shortly after 9 when I have a 9 am reservation. The truck I rented this time had no washer fluid. I over filled the gas and received no consideration. Last time we rented a truck from this location it was covered in snow and ice. We asked for a brush or scraper all he had to offer was a shovel. The attendant is very polite but the location should be much better maintained equiped.

Daniel LI was very unhappy with the dropoff process. I made a booking via phone, so there was no option to "return your equipment" I just had to take pictures on my phone and save them for any future problems
Aman G1) There was no brush left with the vehicle. I had to wipe the snow off of the windshield with my hand, and do the same with the back of the truck. None of the snow was cleared off for me, and it is not safe to have no brush in the vehicle. This is dangerous and terrible service.' 2) The truck was lodged in ice and snow. I could not get it out myself, and it took an hour of effort between myself and the great attendant before we could get it out. This was unexpected and put a wrench in my moving plans. Very inconvenient, and something that should be addressed before the customer arrives. It was very clearly lodged in the snow for anyone looking at the vehicle... no care was taken to get it out before I arrived.

Jorge LTerrible experience! The back of the truck was open when we arrived and there was ice buildup where the ramp comes out. It took us 15 mins to remove the ice. There was snow in the back since it was left open and our boxes were damaged. They gave us the same truck as another individual there so the other customer tried to take the truck from me and we had a tough conversation about it all before they gave him another truck. Lastly, it was left almost empty and I ended up putting yo much gas in it, and entire quarter tank. Pisses me off. I'm sure you guys make tons of money over charging for gas when low and keeping free gas when too much gas is put in. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! TERRIBLE COMPANY. I will be leaving reviews everywhere about it
Robert KI booked a downtown location and you guys changed it last minute. I had to pay $45 in Uber fees to get there and back plus the extra distance cost for the actual U-Haul.
Shahmir UI’ve rented a truck from this U-Haul location for the second time, and once again, I had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the process quick and easy. The truck was in great condition and ready to go, which made my move so much smoother. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of reliable truck rentals. Thanks again for the excellent service!
