Feedback for Broad River Rd (Zimalcrest Dr, Columbia, SC) location: The gentleman who assisted me at drop-off was very friendly and helped me back in the trailer and unhook the equipment. My only complaint is that the rental did not get closed out at the time of drop-off so it still showed as an active reservation in my U-Haul account. I called and was able to get it closed out and issue resolved with no late fees. I really appreciated this location’s professionalism and kindness.

MARGARET AI asked for main street location and was told it was changed to main street. But when I called the morning of pickup was told it wasn't changed. Then when arriving thank God someone was there because the dispatcher wasn't updated the lock box codes had been changed to get keys . And the truck was dirty inside smelled like cigarettes and it only had half a tank of gas.
