They are not very organized and the price went up significantly after dropping off my vehicle. They also thought I didn’t drop off the car, which I did, ahead of time, and told them to check the cameras. The truck was clearly in their back lot. Instead of calling me, they called my mother (emergency contact) which worried her, as she thought something bad had happened. I’m not sure why they decided to do that instead of calling me, but I found it super unprofessional and unnecessary. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice.
