Train the store owner on pickup and drop off procedures or close this location altogether. Make sure he goes to inspect the trucks instead of sending the customers out there multiple times to take photos and bring them to him so that he can document the miles and gas on his phone app. He’s making customers do his job and he doesn’t inspect the trucks upon return. After I got to my destintion and opened the truck I was beyond disgusted. It was filthy and I had to bug bomb it and power wash it. He never came near or to the truck at drop off and I sat in my car for 20 minutes after returning the keys and he never went to the truck to see if everything was as described.

One person was working the fuel pumps, drive through window, two check out areas and it was a very busy place! Also not a very good area to park the truck and car hauler (in the grass) !

The truck was parked in the grass and when we received it there was no gas in it. The truck said it was 47 miles to E. I’m glad we took a picture because they tried to charge us for gas. Its alignment was off which made it even more difficult to drive. I did contact customer service and got a refund for the gas and customer service was lovely. But this specific U-Haul place was not it.

Truck was filthy Gentleman did not know what he was doing we were there for 25 mins trying to add a driver truck was empty on gas and didnt go over the vehicle with us place was in a shady nieghbor hood not good for familys

Party lot was icy and not salted causing me to fall and hurt my shoulder, back and hip and have to make a doctor appointment to get looked at. Poor location to rent a truck. Very disappointing.
