Christopher II have used U-Haul no about 5xs out of Raymond. In the past I have had nothing but problems with U-Haul services and came to dread using their services. In the past few years and after our recent move, I am totally impressed with U-Haul services as is my wife! It is a pleasure to do business with your staff and the vehicles are excellent. edward hWhen we rented the truck somehow the return location was left off the contract so the personnel didn’t know we were coming. Also no one explained what the cost of extra mileage would be an outrageous amount of $1.00 a mile after only 42 miles.

Kay GIam very upset I dropped of the truck I cleaned the inside and put the gas back in it---- you went a head and charged me 10.00 fir a gallon--- I took pictures when I git the truck of the gas gage and I put gas in at the drop off location I have a picture of the gas gage it's the same and I have my gas receipt from the shell gas station I have repeatedly used U-haul 5 times in the last couple of years. Each time you guys have harassed me and tried to charge me some kind of extra charge, this is unacceptable.

HOWARD MAbout 1/2 a mile after leaving the location. The trailer popped off my hitch. The chains caught the trailer and kept it from being damaged. I had to slowly come to a stop so the trailer would not hit my truck. The hitch was not tightened correctly by the employee. The employee connected the trailer to my truck in assurance it was done correctly. I did photograph the trailer tongue and where it came to rest under my truck when I stopped and photographed the bolt threads on the hitch and how they were not tightened. I went back to the location and told them and showed them the photos.

J SWhen I returned the equipment, I complained about the cost, but I had $150 to give them and when I tried the store employee told me to leave rather rudely. I am totally unhappy about the bill from you. I received several invoices, and each had different figures on how many days. Charge $660 for later fees when the contract said the late fees would be $20 a day and it was only 12 days. The insurance was too be $8 for later fees but charged me $22 a day. They're was mention of a $300 charge for returning the equipment to the wrong store when my contract had said the address for this was in Raymond the only one in Raymond. I paid the amount that my original contact was to be $450 which includes extra tax I will never use uhaul for my moving needs again. This may be changed of the monitored for the extra insurance and taxes. I want my money back for the extra insurance back $94 plus the extra tax, and $100 for all the inconvenience and the rudeness I encountered.

olga LLet customer know a day or more sooner where their pickup will be. I had to drive 50 miles and back to pick up my truck. When you’re packing those two hours can be important.
