The location was switched on us at essentially the last minute. When we picked it up the truck was dirty inside -- it clearly had not been cleaned -- and it did not contain the equipment, like dollies and moving blankets we had ordered. Yet U-haul still tried to charge us for them.

The cab was a little dirty
Kurt H2100 S. 400 W. location parked the van in between two others so I had to switch locations. The shell location said there was representative but there was just the gas station employee. I asked if they could help me and they said scan the QR code outside(which is for drop off). Unhelpful, finally asked if they can just give the keys and they did
Nathan HUhaul had a flat driver side tire I had to put air in it, and the cab or truck was dirty.
