The gentleman behind the corner was very polite but unfortunately he did not seem to work there- he was on the phone with someone telling what to do- while I appreciated his manners and kind attitude- it took far to long to get checked in and I ended up almost missing my appointment time. There were no signs for the key drop off or which vehicle was assigned to me for pick up. The cab itself sounded like a window was cracked the whole time.

The vehicle was mechanically horrible. The brakes were almost non existent and a safety hazard. I pushed the gas once putting in park and the vehicle didn't go anywhere.
