Avoid this location!! Pickup was a complete mess. The attendant repeatedly tried to give me a different truck than the one on my reservation. After wasting about an hour, I finally accepted the truck he insisted on, even though it was older, worn down, and not linked to my reservation. Because of that, the app would not accept the truck, and I had to spend even more time calling U-Haul to fix the issue. I ended up about **2.5 hours behind on my move** because of problems at pickup. The return experience was no better. Instead of addressing what had happened, a different attendant immediately warned me about extra charges for fuel and cleaning. Poor organization, poor customer service, and a major waste of time. I would not rent from this location again.

The amount of work that went into renting and returning that should have been handled by U-Haul instead of the customer was absurd. I don’t work for U-Haul so why am I doing so much of their job? Also I was charged for a utility dolly that I reserved online just find out that this location doesn’t have those. I would have made a reservation at another location had I known that, it’s a small detail but an important one.

RABIH AThis location was fine, but I really wish you would send me a review for Midway auto repair, which was the first location that I tried to go to. the instructions were not correct, they did not have a key for me, I had no way to check out the vehicle, and I ended up having to drive back to the next town over just to rent a truck. An absolute disaster of an experience that needs to be corrected as soon as possible. But yes, this place that I ended up renting From was fine.
