Well I didn’t have any issues with the truck until I took it back to get my deposit back and the person told me to check my bank account and it showed it was pending but the truck has been returned at 11:28 and I haven’t got my refund back on my card yet so I was wondering why that is

Tammara QIt\nWas raining when I was moving , the rain leaked through the roof and into the bed of the u haul and soaked my king size mattress... There was a fourth a tank of gas when I picked it up. They didn't show me how to open the back of the uhaul as i've never dealt with a u haul before. When I pushed the brake to stop at a stoplight , the u haul still wanted to actually go forward still. When I came to a stoplight, the RP m's wanted to drop so low.The engine acted like it wanted to die
