Location is a gas station. One person working there. Told where trailer was and to go hook up. Is was inaccessible to hook up.. facing the wrong way. It was also dirty inside. I had the drive around the lot and jump the curb backing up to hook up to trailer with no help from uhaul. Came back a a different person working... told just drop it off where you picked it up. Not a raving fan of this location.
PAUL PThe rental was dirty and although I noted that and took pictures and cleaned it up myself, I received nothing. If I take the truck back dirty, they say they will charge me $25 however, if I receive the truck dirty and have to clean it myself, I’d expect that I should get a $25 discount. However, I got nothing, I have to do the cleaning because they inspected the truck and possibly charge someone else $25 but then did not even clean it for me when I picked it up. I think that’s bad policy.
JOHN LService trucks properly by having the interiors cleaned, a full tank of gas as we only had 1/4 of a tank of gas at pick up and we had a gouge in the tire that we ended up having to have replaced by right side assistancebefore we could even load our truck.

Steven TI haven't ever rented a truck before. Im in my 70's. Everything new to me and a bit complicated and overwhelming. They went out of their way to help me by explaining everything to my understanding. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing to rent a Uhaul product.

SAMUEL RThe cab of the truck was dirty. I even had to clean up somebody else’s Doritos from underneath the driver seat. There was liquid spills/stains on the console where drinks had spilled, but nobody wiped afterwards. There also was a leak in the attic which soaked all the bottom boxes and when we got to the location, we had to very carefully remove them, flipping them upside down because the boxes were so soggy that the contents were ripping through.

SCOTT HI would absolutely recommend renting UHaul through the Green Valley Chevon. Though not traditional to get a UHaul from a fuel station, Chevron employees were very helpful and accurate in the giving and taking of information. They were polite and everything worked out well for us with the pick up and return of the vehicle.
Carol MVan was so dirty when we picked it up. Ordered a different model which was there but was told that one was not for us. Windows inside and out were dangerously dirty. Check engine light was one the entire time and AC blew hot air. For 8000 miles on this vehicle, it was in very bad shape. It should have been maintained better and at least cleaned out before we took it. Very unhappy with quality.
MICHAEL PComputer was down and it took 1 hour and 15 minutes for them to just wand write the contract information and do it from a tablet. Gas level was wrong, so I had to go tell them it wasn't at 7/8 when picking up the truck, it was at 3/4. App wouldnt work so I couldnt take any pictures of the pre-trip truck condition. Employee said he didnt know what to do! Very disappointing. This used to be a good check out location, as I typically rent 8 trucks a year! Final straw, was put gas at the need back into it, and it couldnt print out a paper receipt. I had to go back inside for a receipt. Just issue after issue!

TAMI UThe manager was rude and unprofessional I told him I wouldn’t be back and he said good we don’t need your business. The truck was not ready and the gas was empty. Argued about giving me a milage adjustment and refused to give me a receipt and said he would email one. I’ve been a good U-Haul customer over the last 10 years but not anymore.Every customer deserves respect and should be treated as a valued customer. I’ll take my money elsewhere!!

MARK BI’ve rented two trucks for a half day in the past month. Both exteriors we extremely dirty and bugs all over the windshield. Today’s truck needed the box to be swept out before I could use it.

JOHN KReserved a 15' truck, want available at the original location. Went to a 2nd location and also wasn't available, was given a 26' truck but it wouldn't fit down the driveway of the home we were unloading in. Ended up having to unload into a storage unit and calling someone else to help with the move. Was not a great experience and doubled the work load. Pretty disappointed in the whole ordeal.

SCOTT PFirst of all, great product. There weas some difficulty with my original order. I needed a car hauler, but was given a ramp trailer. The Uhaul employees cancelled that contract and got me a car hauler. The issue is that my credit card was not immediately refunded. I was told that it would take 3 weeks or so.
WILLIAM MTac was amazing! We had tried to rent from the Duval location, but the owner never showed up or tried contacting us, so we went to the one on Beta, and Tac had told us that the other owner has a history of letting people make reservations and not showing up to rent them the vehicle. Tac was able to get us into another vehicle and gave us a discount for the inconvenience the other uhaul had put us through.

GUSTAVO CLori and Barbara were so nice and helpful! We swept out the back of truck, it was full of short pine needles and dirt; otherwise great. Tire pressure light was on but wasn’t an issue. We will definitely rent from here for our next storage clean out.
ANDREA NFor two years in a row I have dropped off the trailer at this location. These people are used to running a U-Haul business in addition to their gas station/convenience store. I cannot rate them highly enough.
RANDALL SI had specifying asked for a 6 X 12 covered trailer with a ramp and they did not provide me with one even though it was specified in writing. I had to find a ramp to load a half ton motorcycle and it was a real challenge. I am very disappointed! Mr. Ceballos

JERRY SThe people are very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. They were able to quickly assist when the reserved van wasn't in their system as the confirmation showed. For the van itself, The right side mirror was broken and it was difficult to use it during the trip and made it dangerous at times with heavy traffic. Please make sure all parts of the these trucks are in proper working order for safety. We will make sure to look at everything next time on our part.

Becky FThis uhaul dealer had no furniture blankets, even though I had ordered 24. And the 26' truck had 175000 miles on it.
GREGG CI reserved 20 blankets but when I got there to get my truck and blankets. I was told that they had no blankets because people don't return them we don't have any to rent out. So now I'm moving and no blankets. Thank you Good Will. I think this is not a good business plan.
RONALD AThe staff were wonderful and kind, I would 100% recommend the staff, but not the location. The truck smelled like a sweaty gym sock, the AC smelled even worse, had to roll down windows during use, which is not ideal in southern Arizona. Inside the box, the floor was gritty, and sandy, meaning I had to add extra miles, and spend extra money for a barrier on the floor. Parking was way too tight for no reason, this lot has plenty of space to park there is no need for everything to be mirror to mirror.

LEE BTruck was dirty inside and outside. Interior steering wheel was sticky and dirty, inside of windshield was smeared and dead bugs inside with one live one crawling on dashboard. Outside front windshield and grill/bumper was covered in dead bugs. Service was below par. Gave no explanation of what to do once located truck or actual receipt showing information. Did not have the number of blankets ordered. Truck was not ready or loaded with purchased supplies when we arrived.

THOMAS AMy U-Haul Experience I reserved a 20' truck along with a utility dolly, furniture dolly, and moving pads through the U-Haul app to help with my move. When I arrived the next morning to pick up the truck, I couldn’t get the lockbox open to retrieve the key, so I went inside. An older lady assisted me, and I was able to proceed with check-in on the app. During the inspection, I noticed that none of the additional rental items I had reserved (dollies and pads) were in the truck. I documented this in the app with photos and noted the missing items. Because I was in a hurry and already frustrated, I left without them. When I returned the truck, I saw that I was still being charged for the missing items. I went inside and asked about the bill. A younger lady told me there was nothing she could do but gave me a number to call. I mentioned I would instead submit the issue through the app’s billing form, which I did immediately. The email response I received stated that a representative would follow up with me — but it’s now been four days and I haven’t heard anything back. I paid for items I never received, and the lack of follow-up has been extremely disappointing. I hope U-Haul can improve communication and customer support to address situations like this more fairly.
