I have rented from you twice at your location at the Chevron station in Green Valley. Both times the customer service was friendly, efficient and quick. The staff was excellent both times. and they should be commended for their dedication. However, I had a much different experience at your Rio Rico facility on Frontage road and your Nogales Town and Country facility. The experiences there were not good and I wouldn't ever go there again or recommend them to my worst enemy.

I returned my rental at 7:00 PM on the due date, they still had someone manning the store, but I was charged an extra day! I had to pick up the unit a day ahead of time because I had to go about 50 miles to pick it up. I wouldn’t have had time to drive up into the mountains of Daniel to get it on its original day. The woman I talked to understood and let me get it the day I got the call.
REX LIt's a mini mart and gas station right next to the U-Haul company store. I received an email the morning of our return that our drop off had changed to the U-Haul company store right next door. Drove the truck to the facility and was told there would be an extra charge to drop it there. Showed the manager the email but was told I had to drop it next door. ????????? Ok. At least it was not across town.
William JMove this facility out, way out, in the desert, extreme eyesore for our little community.
Dave RThey hardly acknowledged that I was there and wouldn’t lift a finger to spot me backing up or unhooking. They basically pointed a finger to a spot 1/2 block away in a dirt area to park it. They they seemed annoyed that I was dropping off packing blankets too.
