I reserved at the stand along uhaul location, U-haul had me pick up at the gas station. The attendant kept needing to pause my transaction to check out gas station customers. Then when I finally get to my truck I find out the box has broken glass in the box, the fuel was about 1/4 tank less than what the paperwork said, and then the trailer tire was flat.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkEverything went well from pick up to drop off. My only complaint was that I did not opt in to have extra coverage when I rented the truck and trailer online. When I returned the truck and trailer on my receipt there was an extra charge of $24.00 for the extra coverage.
Jason HWe were here twice, virtually no staff or help the first time. More helpful staff the second time, but this site is self service at best…
